The staff is friendly and helped me find what I needed. When they didn’t have my size they set me up on the store computer to order on-​line. My stuff arrived exactly on time. Don’t procrastinate though. If you are not included in the one size fits all you will have to order it and that will take time. One major problem I have is all the grotesque decorations and costumes are right next to the kid stuff. It would be much more family friendly if the horror stuff was partitioned off so I could actually bring my small children in to look at the costumes.
