I just called. Peter was upfront, I’m having a drain issue and he rendered me to the people he uses and recommends. I haven’t called them yet, but Peter was professional, helpful and very friendly.

We had our kitchen remodeled about a year ago and we’re just getting around to writing this well deserved review. Peter was great to work with, a straight shooter, on time, responsive and reasonably priced. He fixed our hot water heater issue, apparently we had no emergency drain hooked up, installed new piping, garbage disposal and faucet in our kitchen.

I do not recommend!
Our pipe was damaged during a snaking of a drain, and he wouldn’t give a firm answer to whether or not it’s worth going after. Our house is leaking, but he seemed non-plussed and tried to imply the blame was on us.
After we disputed his work, he did give us the unclogging for free, but left us with question marks as what to do after the damage was done. He came back to our place two times after we were done, and admitted that the work was bad, and that the guy who came to do the work doesn’t even work for him.
All in all, bad communication, crappy plumbing, DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS. And apparently to him «he doesn’t really specialize» in plumbing.

Today is the day after Christmas, so of course our shower wont stop leaking. I called another plumber who quoted me a base charge of $ 175 and would no be over until the next day, so I called Peter to see if I could get a better deal. Peter came over a few hours after I called, fixed the problem, showed my husband how to fix it should it continue to leak until we get the pipes re-done (the plumbing is the original 60 year old work and we already planned on re modeling at some point). We are still in shock that this kind of service exists. We of course gave him a tip for his time and our gratitude. I am calling Peter from now on for ANY plumbing problems, and I will be referring him to everyone I know that needs a plumber.

Peter came out to help repair the bathtub in our back unit. He was quick to diagnose the issue and propose a couple of different solutions to the problems we were having. He is professional, timely and reasonably priced. Will use again.

The leak still exists. nothing was fixed. all Peter did was turn a screw.
Why would I need to call a plumber if that is all that needed to be done.
I do not recommend this plumber and will never use him again.
