I believe his name was Jamal, but anyways he provided excellent customer service. Definitely will be back!

Food was good and all but they messed up my wife’s order twice, at the end she gave up and just ate the last food they brought her. We didn’t want to put a fight over the food just dealt with it. On the other note all there tables literally all there tables are dirty with old dishes on them. They have a whole staff in the kitchen just talking away about there day and there plans for tonight. I’m here sitting as I’m writing this review and there’s 12 tables since I walked in that are still dirty… and there restroom are really disgusting

It is entirely reasonable to expect that if one orders a soup in a bread bowl, that one gets a bowl of soup IN a bread bowl. I mean, it costs MORE than a regular bowl of soup. INSTEAD one gets a teacup of soup in a teacup size hallow of bread in a large loaf of bread. Hey guys, I don’t want soup with my bread. I want bread with my soup. Total fail. Two stars for quality of soup and bread once received. Manager gave me more soup without flinching. I’m assuming he understood the absurdity.

Unilocalers. have you been here lately? OMDog! Barely recognized this healthy & tasty spot. ‘New & improved’ only touches the surface. They’ve reorganized the, ‘to go’ area, now closer to ordering station. My order, Sheltiemomm, bday rewards, u pick 2– was flawless, hot creamy tom soup /fresh roasted turkey. AVO, BLT on sourdough, über clean, flavorful. Of course the bread, oh, the bread, must eat, freshly baked w/crisp outside & soft inside. BRAVO, to Panera… hungry kisses…

I normally love Panera but the last 3 times I’ve gone there to get my usual turkey avocado BLT it’s been the cheapest sandwich ever. 1 slice of avocado 1 slice of turkey and a couple pieces of crappy bacon!!! I add onion and guess what? 3 tiny 1 inch pieces of onion to go along with the 2 thin slices of tomato. For a $ 9 – 10 sandwich I would expect way more meat and veggies! The bread is awesome of course but it sure looks like I just paid $ 10 for a vending machine sandwich. I will definitely be taking my business a few hundred yards down the road to submarina from now on. So disappointed!!!

I placed an order online @ 24 hours out. When I went to pick up the order it was not ready and the excuses I heard were ‘we just got the order 3 minutes ago’, ‘I wasn’t here yesterday’ and ‘we don’t even carry that item’. Then WHY was I able to order it on line and why didn’t someone call me to let me know before I showed up and had to be somewhere in 30 minutes WITH the item I purchased that they apparently don’t carry. So frustrating. I will never go there again and may rule out all Panera’s in general based on this experience.

The cashier Michael M. Was extremely rude and argued with me over my order, like no, I know what I want. Please stop trying to embarrass me in front of the store.

I really like the food but this guy Michel I think he’s a bigger man maybe the manager or somethin is always rude. Like he hates his job and I don’t blame him maybe he should be replaced with someone younger and more energetic instead of a lethargic sarcastic grumpy man who treats you like a number that he will have to clean up after after. I seriously felt like I was a inconvenience after I got through the long line to order food. Food was fine but I also got some pastries that he just threw all in the same bag mixing the sugars and now my cookies taste like cinnamon, not to say it’s not good but it’s not what I wanted or paid for

Go here almost every other morning to pick up my lunch and this is the last time I will ever get food here… This girl named Kayla gave me the worst customer service ever and kept me on hold for 4 minutes just so I can order my lunch over the phone… Bad service equals never going there again

This is a super spacious Panera AND clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they are pretty zippy in terms of getting orders out as well. This is a chain, so I am not going to go on and on about how amazing their food is but I will say if you want a delicious sandwich and/or soup you can’t go wrong coming here. The one thing that makes this Panera stand out from others is that I am always amazed at how clean it is… tables, floors, beverage area. No easy feat at a place like this but it is always clean!

I really love Panera’s food and normally all my experiences have been great but this time was very discouraging. I was waiting in line and then I was ushered to another register by a man that appeared to be management. He was very abrupt and rushed me as I ordered. I have very serious food allergies and I barley got two words in to inform the man that I needed my food to be prepared a certain way. He did not smile, no eye contact, nothing. I was very disappointed because I truly love Panera but I doubt I will be going back to this specific location.

I like Panera. This location was pretty empty very early on a Saturday morning. We obviously went for breakfast, but I usually would go to a Panera for lunch(their salads are delicious!). Ordered up one of their Power Breakfast Sandwiches, the Turkey Sausage, Egg and Spinach. It was good on it’s own and quite filling! What made it was their thin sprouted grain bagel. It was slightly thicker than a sandwich thin bagel you would buy at the store. Great because I didn’t want a huge bagel sandwich. Service was quick, restaurant was clean, and would come back again!

Dear Panera, I absolutely love your food and feel bad leaving less than a 5 star review. But bad experiences leave an impression. I ordered online(for the first time) to avoid the remnants of lunch lines that always exist at every single panera location. Online ordering was super easy. So much so, that I actually created an account for future orders. When I went to pick up my food, I stood around the to-go pickup for a while before an employee walked up and asked if I was missing something. I let the employee know I placed an order online and was here to pick it up. He said ‘well didn’t you check the online order cubby?‘ HUH?! He then walked me to a different part of the store by the tables, napkins/plastic utensils etc. and pointed to a bag. «Is this not you?» First, I would like to thank the store for having my order ready despite it being right after the lunch rush… BUT, I don’t work there. How am I supposed to know where you keep online pickup orders? Not cool. Keeping prepaid orders in an area NOT monitored by employees is NOT okay. Anyone could have taken my food. And to top it off, my food was cold. I had placed the order right before I left to pick it up, and it’s only a 5 – 6 minute drive and requested that it be ready 10 minutes after placing the order so it would stay warm. [yes you can specify exactly when you want/need it ready online, awesome concept of the requests are followed] Fast forward back to the office. While eating my salad, I experience a loud and painful CRUNCH. My salad did NOT have any crunchy components to it. Through further inspection I found black gritty pieces of dirt in my spinach, and larger hard chunks of god knows what. If you’re gonna charge $ 10+ for a salad, I expect you to wash the greens. An entire day and 3 hours later, and my tooth STILL hurts & is now sensitive to hot & cold. If I cracked a tooth or filling with this lovely salad, you better believe I will be coming to you with the dental bill. $ 10 for a salad that messed up my tooth causing pain & discomfort? Pathetically disappointing.

I just don’t get the hype about this place… I was starving and had 40 minutes to waste until the movie I was seeing was beginning so I popped in here since it was so close to the theatre. The line was long… The customers in line were so rude. I was reading the menu above the cashiers station when the person in front of me finished up and the cashier motioned for me to step forward. Before I could even move my right foot forward the woman behind me shouts«go ma’am it’s your turn, pay attention.» While I get that isn’t the restaurants’ fault, still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The food arrived relatively quickly. The panini was cold(hmmm… Panini does come off a panini press, right? Heated press, I presume???) Anyhow. There were more tomatoes and onion on the sandwich than meat. The chunk of chicken looks like a scrap taken off someone else’s unfinished meal. Totally unappealing and BLAH! This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to give this place a try and still a darn let down.

I haven’t been to panera in a long time but I have to say I’m very pleased! The cashier was knowledgeable about the items on the menu My food was made quickly and brought to my table in just a few minutes But the thing that stood out to me was an employee by the name of Colin I had no interaction with him but as I ate I saw him walking around cleaning up dirty tables What a position to be in, cleaning up after others, and to see someone do it with a smile on their face, makes me want to come back and enjoy more food from this location! Give him a raise, recognition, some sort of flattery He deserves it!

After shopping for bridesmaids dresses at Prevue next door, the group decided to get lunch at Panera. I was pleased to see that the chain seemed to have revamped it’s menu since my last visit. In addition to the smoked turkey, there’s now a roasted turkey, which is much better in my opinion as I thought that smoked had too much of a ham like flavor and I hate ham. I ended up ordering a half sandwich of the roasted turkey BLT with no bacon and added a packet of spicy mustard for more flavor. It tasted pretty good but a half sandwich is pretty small here, even for a light eater, like me. My biggest complaint about Panera is that there’s not a lot of information listed on the menu. I like to know exactly what I’m getting when I order a sandwich and would like to see all the toppings listed. It’s a pain to get to the register and have to ask the cashier what comes on the sandwich. It’s hard to verbally keep track of and it makes the ordering process take longer. I’d prefer to be able to make an informed decision before reaching the front of the line.

I brought my son here for lunch the other day. He comes here sometimes with my mom and likes it. I was a little lost so I asked the cashier, Lupita, for help. She was very friendly. She answered all my questions about the menu items, ect. I ended up choosing the pick 2 combo and getting it with soup and a half sandwich. My son on the other hand, had no trouble ordering. He was able to order like a pro. He even knew to ask for the $.99 pastry item with his meal! Clearly he comes here too often. I’m a little unsure about why so many people complain about the distance from the register to the drink station. It’s a few extra feet to walk, but it obviously keeps the flow of traffic away from the lines. And wow, what’s the big deal with walking? I’ve seen reviews where people complain about the extra feet from the order counter to the pickup counter then to the drink stations. Maybe those guys should stick to McDonald’s drive thru. Seating at this location is plentiful. I’ve never been to another Panera, but this one is fairly large. My son likes to sit in booths and there are many here. There is also open wifi, which he enjoyed. The kids meal my son got came with Mac & cheese. He said it was good, and he certainly finished all of it. He opted for the yogurt, not being a fan of potato chips(I know, weird, right?!). My creamy tomato soup was good. The bacon turkey bravo sandwich was ok, but it would’ve been better if the bacon wasn’t the cold, pre-cooked variety. I’m not a fan of that stuff. Most deli’s I eat at serve fresh cooked, crispy bacon. I know not to order anything with bacon again at Panera in the future, if I return.
