New York Giant Pizza

Great pizza but I always order the Philly steak because it is a fire, I mean so good. And a buffalo wings come so hot (temperatures) when you order them. good job New York giant pizza

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was quoted an hour wait time. They came after two hours and 15 min. They were rude as ever on the phone. Didn’t apologize. Didn’t offer any sort of discount. It was awful. The pizza was greasy. The jalapeño poppers were cold. Prices weren’t great. I left
My number for the owner to call and he didn’t. If customer service isn’t of concern to this business they aren’t going to last. Can’t say id be disappointed if they go. This place was horrible. I will never go again and I will tell all people I know in this area not to. Way to go Frank. Solid business you’re running.

Used to be much better, I ordered two slices with pepperoni, crust old, stale and burnt, barely any cheese on top. Waste of 5.00. I used to recommend them not me think not…

Pizza was huge perfect for a lot of people. Was delivered very fast, but the pizza was just alright.

First time eating here. I ordered a giant pizza. it Wasn’t cooked as requested… well done… also VERY skimpy on everything. Skimpy cheese and especially skimpy sausage. pizza was big and decent flavor but not cheap $ 28 for how low quality… wish I didn’t go there for my party… pizza was NOT a hit… luckily I made tacos also

I refuse to eat the pizza here anymore if it taste sweet again. The first time I enjoyed the sauce on the pizza, a little acidic and sweet. The second time we came my friend ordered it for a party. This was about a five year gap from my first time. It was really sweet tasting kind of like sugar was put in. My friend loves this place but maybe sweet sauce isn’t my thing. The flavors are lacking for me. The place seems to have good customer service. My friend last minute ordered two of their largest pizza (28″?) and had it done in 40 min.

We ordered a 16 inch pizza half meaty & half white pizza with a side of 20 piece wings that came with fries. Highly recommend the white pizza, so delicious. I usually don’t order thing crust but it was really good. The meaty side was okay, there was a strong taste that I didn’t like about it. The wings were good, but they only gave us 1 container of ranch for 20 wings… Also the guy who took my order was helpful, he seemed like was getting irritated with me because I kept asking too many questions. But I would come back for the white pizza for sure.

I wish I could give them zero stars right now. I called two times in a row and both times a girl answered and would say «can I place you on hold?» Which consists of them putting the phone down where I can hear things in the background. The first call after 5 minutes I hung up because I assumed they forgot about me. I gave them another chance and called right back. The second time I was livid. Same girl asked to put me on hold, I said OK, she put the phone down, after 3 minutes they hung up on me??? I could not believe it, the third time I called I was definitely not going to let her «put me on hold» again.
Sure enough this basically terrible employee again says let me put you on hold! I immediately stop her from finishing her sentence and confront the fact that she has forgotten about me AND HUNG UP ON ME!!! And the next sentence she said just put the icing on the cake on how I will never go there again… This girl has the audacity to say that she did not hang up on me!
Goodbye you lost a good customer that lives close by your business and guess what, I buy enough pizza that you would have enjoyed all the money you were making from me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL ALWAYS RUIN A BUSINESS.
PS. Fire that chick that was working on October 18, 2015 at around 6pm. She needs to get her head on straight.

Tastes like pizza from a box that you microwave and eat. I ordered this pizza because they were the only place other than Little Caesars or Pizza Hut in the area. I honestly could have just went to 7 – 11 and bought Pizza Rolls that tasted more authentic than this place. Not to talk down on a business, but this is for criticism. I hope the owners read their reviews and can change something with their ingredients.

Most of this review is based on my customer service experience, however it would be the same if it was solely on my small sampling of their food.
I went here to do a large (ish) order for my workplace. They were very helpful and accommodating. Duaa was very patient and pleasant while helping me days later with the loss of a receipt that was completely my fault.
I didn’t get a chance to eat much of their pizza, but the bite I had was really tasty. I did, however, get my hands on the Greek salad. I LOVED it.
I don’t live in their neighborhood, but would absolutely go back if I were in the area.

My friends asked what i wanted for dinner and i said pizza. So they took me to this location for dinner. This is a pretty good place for a lot of pizza at a pretty cheap price. The guys that run the place are nice and pretty funny. We ordered one of their giant pizzas with sides and a drink. They told us it’d be about 30 minutes to make the food so we waited at one of the tables. They do have booths inside and a few iron tables and chairs outside. It’s a pretty small place, but it’s clean and well maintained.
When we got the food it was hot and smelled and looked delicious! It was a bit of a wonder how we got the pizza out the door and into the car. My boyfriend ended up having it put in the trunk so that we’d all have room in the car! The food did taste great and this is coming from someone that doesn’t particularly like thin crust pizza. We had more than enough for three people and left overs for the next day. The pizza doesn’t taste as good when it’s cold. It’s a bit on the chewier side, but still not that bad. I would recommend this place for cheap food with generous amounts given.

Pizza is good but the wings — OMG. best wings I have ever had. I am sure the sauce is homemade. It is a great value for the money. I will definitely order again.
I just ordered again — pizza is very good, delivery was fast and the delivery guy was really nice — he was even nice to the pugs. salad is average but the salad dressing is wonderful. Great value — best prices around. Can’t wait to order again.

WARNING WARNING!!! This is not a pizza place! New York should be pissed there’s people like this that use the name New York Giant and then make absolute garbage and label it pizza! They are rude, forgetful and dirty… Very dirty! I mentioned dirty right! Damn… I went to middle school at Parkway and use to get a slice and a coke for like 2 bucks but I guess the times are changing for the worse! I ordered and when I got there, the woman looked puzzled that there was a walk in pick up! Long
Story short just don’t waste your time! I never will!!! God left America! Whoops, I mean God bless America

I had family over so I decided to order some pizza and not from Dominos or Pizza Hut. When the pizza came everyone was like wow really?! I was disappointed! Who ever made this should learn how to make a pizza better! I always have mixed reviews of this place. Some days it’s good some are bad. Just realize if you order delivery, something will be messed up on your order. They forget toppings or get drink orders mixed up. Not enough sauce or too much which isn’t bad. It’s never consistent! Its a crap shoot! Added a picture to show my pepperoni and sausage pizza with barely anything and they forgot my mushrooms. Also ordered ginger ale and they gave me 7 up. The pizza was dry and tasteless! Last time I ordered it was great and all covered with pepperoni and meat! ! I’ll give them one more chance before I’ll stop ordering from them. And I will update it!
Updated: Same crap different day! Stay away from this pizza place. You have been warned!

We used their online ordering off of Unilocal today for the first time. Our order came much faster than promised. It was super hot and the driver was friendly. We got a promotion for a large two topping pizza and a cold sub for $ 14.99. The pizza was tasty as usual. I’ve never tried their subs before, and they didn’t disappoint. The bread was excellent.
