Cara Cassibry is the best! I highly recommend her. I live out of state and still come to her every chance I get! I never leave disappointed and she listens to what you want!

Stevie Meech is my absolute favorite hair stylist of all time. She’s so sweet & upbeat making the time in the chair just fly by. I have been going to her regularly once a month to lighten up my hair (gradually) for the past 4 months. I’ve always wanted to be as blonde as possible, but my hair is naturally as black as the night sky. She always works with you to get you what you want, in the least damaging way & I can say I love my hair more each time she works her magic. Make you book her at least 3 weeks in advance bc she gets booked!

My stylist Stevie was super sweet and did an excellent job. She was able to look at the photos I brought in and nailed the look I wanted for my hair.
The only reason I took off one star is because every other salon I’ve been to (even most nail salons) will offer you something to drink such as water, soda, coffee, tea, (wine if you’re lucky hah) This one did not, nor did I see any other customers with beverages so I didn’t attribute this to my stylist forgetting to offer me something to drink, but rather the salon itself deciding not to offer clients this convenience.
Sitting under the heater for several minutes leaves a girl parched and I was dying for some water. Luckily Stevie is awesome at balayage and ombré so I’ll be back, but I won’t be forgetting my bottle of water next time.
Other than the lack of liquids this place was very cute, easy to find, convenient parking lot, and I’d recommend Stevie for sure!

This review goes out to Jenny Refou! I recently just moved back to San Diego from LA and was in search for a great hair stylist! I’m really picky and based on Unilocal reviews decided to go with Jenny! She is heaven sent and performed a miracle on my hair! It has never looked this good! She brought my dull hair back to life. the color and cut is perfect. Her kind, bubbly personality is the icing on the cake. Thank you Jenny and I’ll be going to you from now on!

We are a military family so we move a lot. It is always scary to try and find a new hairstylist and trust that they know what they’re doing. I am so happy to have found Cara Cassibry! She is such a talented hair stylist. She has cut and colored my hair twice now. I showed her a few inspiration pictures and both times she went above and beyond my expectations! As long as I am in San Diego, I won’t be going to anyone else.

I don’t get hair cuts a lot, and I haven’t for 4 years, until recently I decided I needed a change. My friend recommended that I see Jenny Refou and this has seriously been the best haircut I’ve gotten. I am completely in love with my new hair!!! Jenny is the best!!! She is definitely my go to hairstylist now!

I’m typically not into the salon atmosphere, but I will be returning to Millicent & Company. Jamers did my nails, & she did a fantastic job– they have stayed perfect for two weeks now. She referred me to Jenny when I started talking about getting my hair cut. I’m so happy with my hair cut; Jenny took my really long & unkept hair & gave me this gorgeous shoulder length layered mane to be proud of. Both ladies took their time & enjoyed sharing their craft with me.

Love this place! My bestfriend recommended me to Stevie. She was very sweet and her work is so amazing! She takes you step by step on what you’re trying to achieve. Definitely coming back to her for my second session ombré. I was so scared trying to get an ombré but Stevie did wonders on my hair. She knows what she’s doing with color.

Love this salon/​spa. I see Christine for my nails and she is so talented. This is a classy venue and they offer all services. Even fun boutique items for sale at the front. Each stylist is independent and they really are top of the line.

My girlfriend went here and came back with crooked hair. Going to the bathroom and evening it out herself? There won’t be a next time as the Hair Cuttery would have provided the same crooked hair cut for 20% of the price. Plenty of other places around the corner to go to.
Perhaps if the stylist wasn’t so busy chatting with her co-​workers and focusing on pointless jibber jabber, she could pay enough attention to actually do a decent job.

I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Christine Nguyen! For years she has kept my nails beautiful and healthy. I recommend her to anyone who cares about making a good impression with lovely hands.

If you want to leave a salon feeling 100% then you have to see Jenny Refou! I have been her loyal client for almost 3 years now! No one is allowed to touch my hair, but her. Anytime I see a hair disaster I give them a card, she does lot of hair corrections and she does everything with love. She genuinely loves to make people feel beautiful. When I first came to Jenny I had dry damaged hair, did I say I had a mullet? Yeah someone jacked me up and she fixed it. You won’t regret your time with her, you may never let anyone touch your hair again. About the salon: good parking, clean stations, clean bathrooms, very cute salon!

Went in to see STEVIE and absolutely fell in LOVE! I showed her a picture of an ashy ombré that I wanted and she did just that but somehow made it look even better! She’s so sweet and friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Ronda does my nails and has been doing them for about 6 months. She does an amazing job and I’ve never had anybody do my nails where they never break in between fills. I love never having to come back to have repairs done. Ronda is easy to talk to, very flexible with her schedule and just does a great job every time. Highly recommended!

Jenny Refou is AMAZING!!! I wasn’t happy with my hair and needed an asap fix. She was very flexible and gave me the soonest appointment. The salon is very classy and beautiful. It’s a nice environment to be in to get your hair done.
Jenny threw some of her magic fairy dust on my hair and corrected a ombré job I had done before. The results were better than I expected! I’m absolutely in love with my hair! She definitely knows her color and has a good eye for what works best on everyone!

Fun hair by Jenny! I just love Jenny Refou — she has been cutting mine and my kids and my mother’s hair for the last six years. I happen to sport crazy lady hair, Mohawks, shaved sides, purple, bleach, dark black… nothing phases her! She’s like the Picasso of hair — we both sit in front of her big mirror and create works of art — LOL!
Now let me tell you, she’s not only an abstract artist, she’s great for more conservative gals too. My mother who is the epitome of conservative has a beautiful A line style bob by Jenny. Both of my girls have shorthair cats that Jenny keeps fun and funky.
You will just love her personality, cute, friendly, funny…& she really listens to what you want, trust me you can’t go wrong with Jenny!
