Mike has been wonderful helping us thru the process of finding our home. It’s definitely a difficult process if you don’t have a realtor like Mike to answer your questions. This is my first house and he walked us thru the steps and had recommendations for us when we needed them. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done on the house and Mike helped us negotiate with the seller’s realtor to get a credit towards our closing costs. Mike was referred to us by a friend who also bought his first house with Mike’s help and we’re glad we went with him. He’s very friendly and good at what he does. I recommend calling Mike if you’re in the market to buy or sell a home.

Mike is absolutely amazing!
My husband and I started looking for a house and had one in mind. In just 24 hours Mike had us setup with 4 different houses to view. When we decided we liked one, he helped us get the offer in THAT DAY!
He worked so hard for us to get our first home — helping us navigate the scary waters of negotiation on price, repairs, and timeline.
Though the process of buying a home is (I think) always stressful — my husband and I are so glad that we at least had an agent who we could trust 100% and it paid off! We are on our way to sign the final papers at Escrow now and get to move in on Monday!
