I worked with Vanessa and she was AMAZING. Extremely flexible, responsive, and professional. She was able to give me great deals and worked with me on the price. I met with them the day before and both women listened to my ideas and did everything they could to incorporate the theme of the wedding into the flowers. Highly recommend!

My wedding went off without a hitch thanks to these great girls! I went with them originally because they were a local business and very close to my house. They also did everything! I got all that I needed from one place, flowers, linens, tables, chairs, and day of coordination. They did a beautiful job with my outside wedding! Thanks girls, you were amazing!

We got referred here by a family member, my fiancé got a consultation several hours in length and they talked in depth about our wedding. Everything was great, they were excited about the wedding and all the interesting, unique decisions my fiancé was making regarding flowers, colors and the like. They were like a blessing from God, so willing to help us out with flowers, the consultation, linens, planning and everything! It was all taken care of, written up and done with. She was so happy when she came back from the consultation and I was as well. I was ready to cut a check for everything, right then and there. Really glad I didn’t because that was the last we ever heard from them. My fiancé kept calling and leaving messages because she wanted me to meet them and finalize all of the details. One day turned into a week, the week into two and we kept calling and leaving messages and driving by their location in La Mesa, no luck. They weren’t there during their business hours, which I can slightly understand if they are doing private consultations, but after leaving voicemails in the double digits over two weeks, that’s absolutely inexcusable! Thank you, Love in Bloom for giving my fiancé more tears than anything else in our wedding planning. You may be just starting out but this surely isn’t the right way. We’re pretty much at a loss right now as we have to rethink EVERYTHING regarding our flowers, linens, dessert table and planning. Plus, now we have to find a vendor for all of these things separately or find another planner who can do it all for around the price that was promised us. We finally got in contact with Love in Bloom today (06.08.11, by our parents walking by their storefront while in downtown La Mesa for coffee, my fiancé’s mother called her and handed the phone to one of the girls working in the office) and was promptly informed that the price we were quoted had DOUBLED. Oh, and the reason the phone wasn’t being answered? She had moved two weeks ago and was having trouble with it. It was a cell phone, there’s no reason for anyone to have problems after moving.

If you want to be promised the world for a nickel, then have your hopes dashed and your fiancé left crying in the ruins that were her wedding plans, contact Love in Bloom. I’m sure they’ll be happy to oblige.
