This store is amazing! I bought a walker for my mother, so their service was amazing. They store has almost everything like walkers to motorized wheelchairs. I want rent the hospital bed, they will deliver it the same day.

Found them online and decided since they were close I would take my Mom there to save shipping cost and the hassle of a return. When we found the exact same product in store it was $ 7 more than on their website. When I asked and showed the lady the online price on my phone, she responded that you have to pay shipping. I explained that I drove there to not pay shipping. She wouldn’t acknowledge my statements. We still made the purchase (Mom needs her supplies) which ended up costing more than if they had just shipped it! I believe they are being fraudulent and I will never shop with them in person or online again. Too many good honest companies to choose from to have to tolerate a dishonest and cheating business.

I brought my mom’s walker to them to get repaired. They originally told my mom it would cost $ 15 or less. When I brought it it, they said I would have to drop it off, because it would take too long to fix while I waited. As I left, the «busy» repairmen were out having a smoke break. I received a call in less than 15 minutes to inform me the walker was ready to be picked up, causing me another trip back to their store. The price for repair had changed to $ 35.
