I live in their woodland hills complex and I can’t wait to move out into a safer place! My vehicles are constantly broken into, I ask management to come fix things and here we are, 3 years later and nothing is fixed! They refuse to replace my fridge that either freezes all my food or leaks and makes everything go back fast! Not to mention is doesn’t stay nearly as cold as it should. They do NOTHING to help keep this community safe! They’re not kid friendly as they say that kids are not allowed to play on the grass, the courtyard or anywhere on the sidewalks, but don’t provide a playground or anything of the sort. The gate is NEVER closed, and they claim to be a safe, and gated community! The manager never does what she’s supposed to do, even when asked. Vehicles have been stolen as well, and no one even cares to fix the gate. They’re always shutting off the water and when they turn it back on, it comes out black, or brown. Then they say it should be gone within 24 hours. So mean time, where do I shower and wash my dishes, and clothes??? They charge you a mortgage for rent for a two and three bedroom. The heaters do NOT keep the apartments warm. You would think they’re making commission from sdg&e because of how high you have to run the heaters to stay warm. The Windows haven’t been fixed to keep the air from coming through and it’s been 2 years since someone said they were going to fix them. For the price that they charge for rent, they should have cameras. It’s seriously ridiculous that they would even give you a button for the gate, to be able to come in and out, because the gate never works. They hire security to come close the laundry room and lock up the pool, but it’s such a waste of money because the security guard doesn’t keep ANYTHING secure! The manager could easily walk downstairs and lock everything up! It’s such a shame how money hungry they are here! They’re just a money hungry company, and I wouldn’t advise renting from this company!

I live in their boulevard property and I must say this is the worst property management I’ve ever experienced. They do not fix things you request to be fixed for years. Prime example our front door. They’ve changed the lock but that doesn’t change rotted wood as well as a door that had to be broken into to get me out of my apartment. Yes people, I got locked INSIDE and they had to break me out because the doorknob was«frozen». We reported our front door being unsafe during our«walk through» when we first moved in because you could tell it had already been broken into or kicked in. Our apartment also dumped Carbon Monoxide the first two years we lived here unknowingly because they claimed to have sdg&e come out for maintenance, when they hadn’t. Their solution once the gas company actually came out and inspected… silicone foam. Your outlets are LUCKY to hold any of your plug in devices without spreading the prongs. Our appliances are outdated and they refuse to replace them but have no problem upping our rent $ 100 to add boulders and palm trees and take away our spa that was either broken, or you couldn’t see through it because of all the people simply hopping the fence and letting non-residents in to throw pool parties. When they painted our property, they broke patio fences, got primer all over screens and never finished the job. They painted over rotted wood and I’m positive from experience that these apartments are infested with termites. This is without true investigation and I am afraid of what I would find if I «dig around». Please heed my warning! You can find the news story about the man caught here for armed robbery. There has not been a week where the cops haven’t shown up for: finding stolen vehicles, people almost being stabbed in front of the office with children’s scissors, fights(serious EMS called fights), CPS having to rip children from their parents etc. When I witnessed an apartment being broken into, their response was«We talked to the individual and kicked him off the property.» This was next door to me. I’m supposed to feel safe though even when I can’t lock my deadbolt? We cannot enjoy any amenities because we either have to worry about our laundry being messed with, plants and actual garbage coming through our ventilation system, getting yelled at for simply being in a common area, or reporting a problem to security and them NEVER showing. Think twice before renting from a property managed by this company. It’s «affordable» for a reason, and it’s barely that anymore.
