This place is horrible! I went in there and purchased a set of crutches for the foot surgery I was going to have. When I got home I realized they had been used and re-​wrapped. When I went back to the store and explained that I had opened the plastic and found the crutches disgusting and dirty the tall guy who runs the pharmacy accused me of bringing back a different pair. I told him there is no way I would ever do something like that and that I had just purchased them the day before. The lady who rang me up was even there and she pretended like she didn’t remember me so she wouldn’t get into trouble. I demanded a refund for them even though he continued to treat me like a criminal and he was cussing at me! He told me that I was stealing from him. After 30 minutes of arguing he finally gave me a refund. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. I will NEVER set foot in this pharmacy again. The rudest staff ever.

There location is far from us but now we never have to go there. our scripts are delivered on time always in the evening that they are ordered. The staff is on the ball and work together well. Grossmont Pharmacy is a well oiled machine.
