George was referred to me by two of my neighbors who noted that he is not only good but honest and fair. I called George to make an appointment but he found time to work on my air conditioning that same day between other jobs. He not only replaced my motor but also a few other parts. He was amazing in his thoroughness, fairness, and most of all desire to be sure he did a good job for me. On his way out of the neighborhood he stopped by another neighbor who came by while he was here. She simply needed a new filter but I don’t know of many people who would have obliged her without an appointment and with such a small job. He also accepts credit cards! Call George. You won’t regret it.

Called George based on the fact that he is a small business and did have a good review on Unilocal (albeit only one). Anyway, I called him up, and on very short notice (my tenants were freezing!) he showed up at my rental to look at my unit’s heating system. He did an initial easy fix (in order to keep cost down) to see if that will do (I like that approach). It did work for a short while. When it failed again, he got more comprehensive. He did get a workable solution (short of replacing the whole heating system), gave me an estimate, and started working. He was done within the day. Great service, very personable. I’d use him again, if the need arises!

I have a super old AC unit for the commercial space I lease, unfortunately my cheap landlord won’t replace it therefore I see George about once a month. Before I found him I was told by 2 different companies they couldn’t fix it & it needed to be replaced.
He’s always super prompt, extremely friendly, does a great job, won’t try to charge you for stuff you don’t need. He’s come out a couple times the past few months & not even charged me :)
If you have AC or heating probs give George a call, he’s great!
