Horrible service. I ordered my food online at about 8:45(site says they’re open until 3am) and my food was supposed to arrive at 9:50. 10:30 rolls around. No food. I call and the guys says they’re closed. No wait, the driver went and no one answered(I’ve been sitting outside waiting the whole time). No wait, other excuses. And tells me they’re closed? What? I asked if there was a reason I wasn’t contacted. Doesn’t answer. I tell him I need a refund on my order and he says he can’t help me?! and that I can’t have a refund on the food I NEVERRECEIVED. What the hell?!

I should have read all of the reviews on here. Grub hub and this place is total bullshit. First of all I order some pasta then I got a called saying they don’t have anymore. Okay so I order something else and wanting to add mushrooms to it. The worker end up telling me saying no I can do that, I won’t like it! WHATDOYOUMEAN I WONTLIKEIT! I HAVENTEVENTIEDIT. I was like okay… And order something else. Btw the person who spoke to me was extremely rude. When I wanted to order the lobster ravioli with mushroom, he said I won’t like it and I’m going to complain to the manager. Well Taaaa daaa, I’m complaining ! When I got my food, my boyfriend didn’t get meatballs, I got somethings I didn’t even want and our what’s mozzarella were cheesey bread stick. THECHEESEYBREADSTICKWASNTEVENCOOKEDALLTHEWAY. ITWASUNDERCOOKED !!! I CALLEDANDCOMPLAINTOGRUBHUBANDTHEYSAIDTHEYWILLCALLTHEPLACETOMORROW. WELLITSTOMORROWAND I GOTANEMAILSAYINGTHEYDONTOFFERANREFUND, HOWCANYOUNOTOFFER A REFUND! You basically gave me dough ! !!! I’m about to call this business and get my damn money back. Grub hub gave me $ 10 and another $ 5 for the mistake but my meal cost $ 34 dollars. I only going to get 15 $ back with grub hub credit which expired on March 17. Umm WHATTHE … ugh!!! Honestly how is this business is standing? Oh yeah I know… Refusing refunds. That’s stealing money. Forget this place. I’m going to go to the restaurant myself and get my refund.

Like a lot of the reviews I am now seeing, I ordered food from this place on GrubHub and never received my order. My order was placed at 4:45 pm and the confirmation email gave an ETA of 6:10 pm. When nothing had arrived by 6:45 I called the restaurant to ask where my food was and the man who answered INTERRUPTEDME to say the driver had just left without asking me who I was or anything about my order and he abruptly hung up on me. I waited another hour(until 7:45) from that point before calling back. Again he interrupted me to ask my address. When I gave it to him he admitted that it must have been delivered to someone else because the driver had marked it delivered. He said«what do you want me to do about it?» I asked him for a replacement order ASAP and he assured me he would have to it to me in an hour. By 9:30 pm… nothing. I attempted to call again and he was no longer answering despite telling me on the last call the place was open until 1:45 am. I ended up calling GrubHub to have my order refunded. STAYAWAY — these guys are scam artists. If I could give this place –5 stars I would.

DON’T BOTHERWITHDELIVERY. ORDERSOMEPLACEELSE. I ordered some foods from this place because it was the only thing open and close by from eat24. After an hour I asked what my status was. They said they were finishing up and the delivery guy would be here in about 15 – 20 minutes. An hour after that the delivery guy still hasn’t shown up. So I asked again and I was informed that the delivery guy was on his way. Mind you, I live with ~5 minutes of this place, so I was confused as to why they were taking so long. I fell asleep waiting for my order and the next day nothing. I ended up getting a refund for the food that I never got. I really don’t understand how they’re even open honestly, if this is how they treat their customers. Seriously need better service.

**DON’T WASTEYOURTIMEWITHTHISPLACE** Ordered our food well before the restaurant was due to close. Long story short, we never received our food and the restaurant didn’t have the decency to let us know it wasn’t coming and that they weren’t going to fulfill the order. We had to call Eat24 and let them know what happened. We tried to all the restaurant numerous times with no answer. I frankly don’t understand why/how they still work with this restaurant

I’m pretty confused as I just placed an order through Unilocal for pickup. When I arrive at the listed address, this restaurant doesn’t exist there. So I decide to call the listed phone number, and what do you know, it’s not in service. So… I’m confused how they can list this restaurant as being at the stated address, and yet, none of it is correct. So yeah, great restaurant, they’re lucky I can’t give zero stars. I literally never write reviews. Frankly, I am usually over it within 2 seconds… This one may take a minute or so though. I ordered at 2:20 pm, called GrubHub at 4:30 wondering what was going on, and told it was to be delivered within a few minutes. OFCOURSE. Nope. its 5:30, I called GrubHub again and THEY couldn’t even get ahold of them. First off. I live with a chef. who pumps out 400+ meals a night, 5 star… in a matter of minutes per dish. So GFY with the food being difficult to cook. And as for delivery– yeah… I may be a transplant to San Diego, but that shit should have been here on time or early. Its a Saturday afternoon, 15 mins to get to my place TOPS sunshine… ALL of that aside– How on EARTH can you run a business including delivery and not answer your phone? Your food isn’t that good(judging by all the reviews that I should have read…) that walk ins alone will fund you. GrubHub has 3 separate phone numbers and an email for them and not ONE was answered. I feel like maybe its time to throw in the towel and find another line of work. Sorry, I’m not sorry. Its my one day off and all I wanted was to be lazy as shit at home with some good food I didn’t need to cook, or go out and get forcing me to put shoes and a bra on. Thanks guys. Made my day. I hate you.

Took over 1 hour to deliver a fucking turkey sandwich and a salad! I asked for ranch. I got Italian dressing. I ordered a bottled water, but I got a diet cherry Mountain Dew. On top of it all, the sandwich was NASTY and the $ 10 Greek salad was nothing but lettuce, pickles, and cheese. WHAT A FUCKINGRIPOFF!

Disgusting. Inedible. I do NOT leave bad reviews as i work in the industry and get things happen. I will never order from here again and have already advised my coworkers(and will advise anyone else) to NEVER order from here. I gave detailed directions… he still got lost. Food was completely gross. Didnt get what i ordered. So on top of my order being wrong. it was inedible. .waste of my money and time. I dont know how this place is still open. Ordered online through Grub Hub, and the food I ordered was slated for a delivery time 1.5 hours from the time I ordered. A bit long for a sandwich, fries and a drink, but I figured that’s the earliest they can do. Being in the food industry myself, I understand that business needs are what they are. What I didn’t expect was my food to NOT ever get here. I called 30 minutes after the food was due, and the person I spoke with said it was on the way. Then an HOUR later I got a call saying that driver had a flat tire and if I still wanted the food that was sitting in the car I could have it. I made the mistake of saying okay. The driver said he would be here within 15 minutes. And 50 minutes later, I am writing this review with no food. I spoke with the GrubHub help, and they will make sure I get my money back and a credit for my troubles. Florencia’s had a good menu, but not even an apology for the terrible service was attempted. And people wonder why the masses go for chain restaurants. I learned my lesson.

Ordered grubhub delivery. I should have check Unilocal reviews first. Delivery took way longer than estimated time. 16inch Pizza had very few pieces of meat and just a little sauce, felt like eating just a crust. And because pizza couldn’t fit in a box, they decide to fold it. Mushy Pasta with meat sauce had no meat whatsoever. Eggplant Parmegiana had no Parmesan cheese, few pieces of eggplant over mushy pasta. Fried calamari didn’t get to me. Tried to contact restaurant multiple times nobody answers the phone. After dialing about 20 something times someone finally answered, the guy on a phone was very rude.
