Cali Smoke Shop

Good vibe to the place and the gentleman was very helpful. I can always tell when someone loves what they do. This shop had a wide variety of things for everyone.

I’ve lived in La Mesa since I was five i consider it my home town and I love using local merchants. My gf wanted a new water pipe and I thought I remembered seeing a smoke shop within 2 minutes of my house. Looked it here on Unilocal and sure enough there it is.
Dropped in this morning around 11:30, got parking place right at the driveway edge. Yes I put a quarter in the meter, but come on a Sunday it’s free.
Walked in and the shop was very clean and arranged nicely. The guy behind the counter came to ask me if I needed help and within 2 minutes the choice was made and I was walking out the door. Except then I remembered I needed screens. So went back to him, screens are $ 1 pk and so handed the dollar and then realized I had no actual change for the tax. I tried to give him the second $ and he just waved his hand and said don’t worry about it.
My gf has extreme reactions to neon lighting which is why she didn’t go along, but as I walked out (the second time) I glanced up to see the lighting and (as in one of the photos shows) it’s track lighting. Told my gf and she says she can’t wait to go check it out.
So yes, we’ll both be going back soon because she likes connecting with a small local store as much as I do.
As for the review by D. b C? I give him (her?) the award for the most confusing and lengthy carry on sentence in history.

I love this place! Nice prices and the gentleman always knows what he’s talking about. I only go to this smoke shop!

This evening I walked into Cali smokeshop Bieber throw away and I spoke to the gentleman named Matt so mad that he knew he was doing so apparently and you said okay I went with it as I walked in I explained to him what I needed for my peace and apparently he didn’t know from Adam what I was talking about he didn’t know what was I was looking for you to know what a coil was he was just really a night out of it used trying to tell me something that really didn’t need what’s your interest and then you turn up selling the business something completely different what I needed he was no help whatsoever now maybe I don’t know how this smoke shops going to continue with the one down the street more next to Subway that place is the best great customer service and they have everything that I need so I just want to write a review because I let everyone know before they walk into this place this gentleman to have no clue of what he he knows what he’s doing so if you rather go to another smoke shop to know what they want to know what you want and what do you need go down the street more he’ll take care of the gentleman’s name is Eddie real good guy real good guy so go ahead and take your chances with others do not I repeat do not waste your time this is a pain in the ass to get inside the park there and it’s a pain in the ass to get out of it and when you go to eddies smoke shops are you do is going to go out your easy go with sick and if you get hungry you can have a sandwich at the same time so once again I recommend not to go to the smoke shop whatsoever I’ll give him a freaking 0 but they make me to put a stamp star that star everyone reasons for your a loser hear me a loser that’s what kind of business success I hope they don’t make it there on that spot their belt there’s another business that needs to be there will support our community thank you for your time
