We did not have good dealings with this company. Initially, things looked good, the owner Robert Resides gave us an offer that was quite low, to remove 3 trees and stump grind them. They were working hard and we trusted them so we gave him half the money to start plus a $ 100 extra as a bonus. Also, I gave him $ 35 to help pay the fee at the recycling center for the tree branches, etc. The first two days went well, however, I trusted him when he needed more money to rent the stump grinder, saying the deposit was now $ 200 whereas it used to be $ 100. He was to return and finish the job by Mon. or Tues. I did not hear from him again. He did not return my call asking where he was as it was the Tues. afternoon. Later in the week after a call from my husband, he said he would return which he did, and finished the work. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using this company, although they do good work… I just don’t trust them anymore.
