Beware of any place, especially a doctor’s office, that wants your credit card info in order to make an appointment. Based on the reviews, I made the right call and did not make an appointment.

Beware! This is an unprofessional Doctors office. I had an appointment on Friday but the office was closed when I got there. I called and heard on the voice mail that the office was closed on Friday? What? I called again on the following Monday and left a message but got no call back. I called again on Wednesday and finally reached someone. I was given an apology. This for me was a urgent matter and no exceptions were made. I had to wait another month. Once I got to the appointment I was given several forms one of which stated if an appointment was missed $ 75.00 was required. I asked about the office being closed when I had an appointment the response was we wave it most of the time. I explained on principle that wasn’t right. After signing, paying for the appointment and waiting they refused to see me if the missed appointment form was not signed. The doctor stated it was not a good match. I agree! This place has no consideration or concern for a patient needing care! They expect a patient to do what they are not willing to do themselves and no consideration for a persons time. They wasted two days of my time and Dr. Kulreet K. Chaudhary, MD simply shirked it off.

I’ve had the pleaser of working with both Dr. Sandeep and Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary. They are both excellent caring integrative physicians.
I saw Dr. Sandeep Chaudhary (endocrinologist) for my Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. I had seen multiple physicians and he was the first one to first of all listen to me, but more importantly explain how he can help. While he did order quite a few lab tests, I understood why he was ordering them. And as a patient, understanding makes all the difference in the world.
I saw Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary (neurologist) for my migraines. I was on 3 medications and still having 10 – 15 migraines a month. She worked extensively at correcting my diet and sleep habits. She also used several ayuurvedic herbs to help. I am not headache free, but I now only have 2 – 3 headaches a month and only use imitrex as needed instead of all the medications I used to be on.
This clinic is NOT for everyone. If you are looking for a standard neurologist or endocrinologist, then don’t go there. However, if you are looking for a more integrative approach, I could not think of a better place to go. You can tell when doctors listen and care about you, and these two do!

Loved Dr Chaudhary her treatments take a long time so you spend a lot of money between office visits $ 125 and medication $ 40 plus a bottle you end up spending about &400 a visit. That is why I was so surprised when I received a bill for $ 45 for an office visit I had reschedule and then had to cancel, I called the office and spoke to a girl named Yaya she was very nice said she would look into it but never got back to me, I called again and a girl named Christine said she would talk to the Doctor and get back to me, she never did, so I thought she had taken care of it, but then I received a past due bill so I called her again she was always rude and I doubt she ever talked to the Dr, she said they had no record of me canceling and that I owed the $ 45, so me telling them I had cancel and reschedule was not good enough, they rather loose patients that pay much more each visit than loose $ 45 for having no record of cancelation.

Nothing more to say than this place is silly types of healing. Go some where other than here… Why do you not see no other reviews but the one planted here. Geesshh!

Dr. Chaudhary of Wellspring Health has literally changed by life. From revamping my sleep routines to changing the way I eat and, overall, the way I look at food, my health and my routines, she has near-​effortlessly changed my entire health. Since I began to see her, I have more energy, better skin, I’m in better shape and I haven’t been sick once! Even better, she is a fun, compassionate and charismatic woman who is so much fun to be around — her energy is absolutely contagious!
