I don’t know, I am having mixed feelings about this place. Dr. May Chen seems to be a nice lady, but reminds me of the stern primary school teacher. She asked if grind my teeth. I said, «No,» and she snapped, «Yes, you do.» Her professional opinions do sound professional, but there is no mirth in the lady. Not good when you are a dentist of all the kinds of doctors there are. They filled my mouth with a resin, stating that my insurance would cover it. When the resin dried, the receptionist or someone said that the insurance in fact does not, but that they were willing to work a «deal». I refused the teeth grinding support device. After reviewing my X-rays, Dr. Chen said that two of my wisdom teeth might have to come out, even though my previous dentist said that they seemed to be ok and needn’t come out if they weren’t bothering me. I went for a deep cleaning session and some Mexican guy was assisting Dr. Chen. He kept putting the suction onto my lips instead of my teeth during surgery. Also, he briefed me on my post-op instructions and it seemed like he didn’t know much. It cost me 220 $ for one side. I am guessing after my second side, I will pick another dentist in the area.
