UPDATE: Since I’ve moved back to beautiful Sunny San Diego I’ve trained with Billy on average of 3 days a week, 45 minutes each. Over about a 3 month period I have lost the 10 pounds I gained in SF(words cannot explain how thankful I am for that!) and my bf tells me everyday how much he loves to look at my beautifully sculpted body! Confidence booster!!! I also referred my(soon-to-be) brother/sister-in-laws and he has lost 10 lbs in a matter of weeks along with being wayyyy more flexible. He was the type that didn’t believe in personal training, thought it was no different than working out on your own, and now he’s a believer. Billy is way different than any other trainer I’ve ever had. He does more athletic training, not the usual boring exercises we all know but forget after a while. He’ll tailor the workout to your goals/needs. If his prices are too expensive then consider rallying some friends and doing a group workout… best to do groups of 2 – 3. He offers sessions from 30−45−1 hour sessions. 30 minutes seems too short and I would probably die, or at least puke, if I had to work out with him for an hour…
