CenterLight Gallery is located near Bird Rock so it is aways a way from the tourists that flood galleries off Girard. The Gallery is on La Jolla Blvd, so there there is a lot of street traffic outside, but the interior is very tranquil, chic, and warm.
The location of CenterLight makes it a true local gallery. In fact, the current exhibition exclusively features artists from La Jolla. All of the pieces on display at CenterLight are new and even the work of the gallery owner, Maria Repke, can be found hanging on the walls.
If pay a visit to CenterLight, chance are you will run into Maria, she is very welcoming and knowledgeable and she is a talented artists to boot.
