I’ve come here a few time and my cuts have been so-​so, but I return because it’s located close to me. Today was a disaster, I waited for a little less than two hours and people where taken in front of me even if I was there before. When ever someone would complain he or she would be taken next. When I heard that I asked the clerk when it was my turn and she said that I still had someone in front of me even after I was there before him! This place is unprofessional and disorganized!!! You can get a better cut elsewhere without the bs.

My wife went in to get her hair cut today around 12 noon, the receptionist was very rude did not greet her or tell her to sign there book for her wait I would not even leave a star if I had that option, my wife then went to the supercuts by SAMs club in la habra and she said they were very professional and courteous and made her feel welcome.

Kayla was so great the other day. I never tip my hairstylist but this time I felt bad not doing so because she did such an awesome job! I’ll only come in if I know she’s working! It’s nice to be able to trust someone with my hair.
Also even tho she wasn’t a barber she also had a lot of knowledge about beards it was to perfect of an experience!

I came in today for a quick haircut before I had to go to work. I believe my stylist’s name was Jennifer. She was quiet but had my hair cut in about a half hour! Store was clean and wasnt busy… Ive come here a few times and I never know what to expect when I get my haircut! Overall it was a simple no frills visit.

Came in earlier this week and just had to write a review! I was so bored of my old hairstyle and wanted something new. I’m normally skeptical about trying new hairstylists, but Kayla was very sweet and professional, recommended layering my hair to help make my hair feel less heavy. Unlike, a lot of places where you ask for a trim and they cut off half a foot of hair. Anyways I was very pleased with the service and the prices are reasonable. Definitely coming back! (:

Terrible! I got the worst haircut from here!!! So uneven and choppy, I would understand if it was busy and she was in a hurry but she wasn’t, I was the only person there. Never coming back ever!!!

I’m generally very happy when Kim or Ashley cuts my hair. I use the app to check in which comes in very handy. Some of the stylists could use a bit more training, or just take more time, but generally a great salon.

I’m a 53-​year-​old male who is self-​conscious about the way he looks and it’s important to me and my business and my personal life I went to Supercuts looking for my usual stylist and he wasn’t there. A Young lady by the name of Athenea greeted me and took me back to her station all the while hearing me nervously tell her how I care for my hair and what I would like it to look like.
…She crushed it! This is after recommending the right Paul Mitchell products to maintain my hair for my lifestyle.
Ok old guys! Athenea knows how to cut our hair and so does Kenny! Call ahead to make sure they are there and you will be sure to walk out knowing you/​we can feel confident in our appearance. Thanks Athenea!!!

If you’re looking for a good low fade, Kayla at this location is who you should go see. Also, she doesn’t automatically start doing things you didn’t ask for (like lining up your forehead or peaking your sideburns), which is definitely a breath of fresh air.

I have been going to this location for the last ten years. Everybody is very nice, especially Janette. She has been cutting my hair for the last couple of years… I happilly drive past other Supercuts to come here…
Until last Weds., instead of a friendly receptionist greeting me and taking my name, I was told to type my name into a computer… Are you kidding me. I come to this location for the people… I drive by other Supercuts and Fantastic Sam’s stores because of the people… and they are being replaced by a computer… maybe I will just go to the barber shop, they have crappy customer service but its only $ 8.99 and I don’t have to log in by computer…

Never had a bad cut here. I live in Whittier and I prefer to drive a little farther to La Habra.
The Uptown Whittier Super Cuts is always understaffed and it’s a gamble if I’ll leave a happy customer. This place is always well staffed and the stylist always does a great job.
Avoid Whittier and come here.

Been going to this location for years… BUT…NEVER AGAIN !!!
Here’s the story… I enter at 6:43pm:
Supercuts Host: «we are not taking anymore customers.»
Me: Your sign flashes «OPEN» and your hours are till 7pm.
Supercuts Host: «Sorry»
There were 2 stylists cutting 2 guys hair and no one waiting.
I went to Fantastic Sams… same price plus a shampoo… bye bye Supercuts!

Awful! Don’t come here please. My bangs came out looking like Jim Carey from dumb & dumber, I was horrified. Now I know why the girl (Nicole, I think… Young gal, dark hair, heavy) didn’t blow dry my hair, I walked out of there like a wet mop. Come on people how the hell can you tell if your cut is the way you want it with out it being dry. As son as I got home I blew it dry & I was the laughing stalk for my family to see, at least everyone got a good chuckle as for me I was pissed & pretty much all I could do was wait it out/​grow it out & that took nearly 3 months.

I am going back and forth between a 3 and 4 star for this review. The location itself is just fine. The store is clean. They offer the services that are expected. The prices are high in my opinion but consistent with the other chains; $ 15 for a mens cut (add $ 3 for a shampoo). The difference in star rating is the barber that you get. If you get Jessica then you’re going to get an awesome cut. If you get the others then you’ll get an average cut. I highly recommend their call ahead service. Call in and tell them a time you want to be there. When you show up you’ll jump to the front of the line. It’s very nice! They don’t take AMEX… boo!

Bad experience. «Middle eastern» looking lady helped me. She was rude and completely ignored me. Made me feel very uncomfortable when trying tro have a conversation. I was just wanting to leave while getting my hair cut. It’s amazing she’s been there for 8 years and such bad customer service, but hopefully it was just me. On the the upside… haircut was not bad… just I didn’t notice it until I got home because of how uncomfortable I felt.

Well, there isnt anything that special about a barber shop. I am much more into the old fashioned ones.
This is just another run of the mill, supercuts. I dont care for the expensive hair solons. I just want a regular buzz. This place is good though. Great people, that just try to make conversation because they feel obligated to. Then the wait is usually long, which is fine cause Taco Nazo is right next to it. So I would say put your name in, then go eat, come back and you should be ready for your cut.

Been coming here for years. Its supercuts so you know what to expect. Sometimes you get a really good haircut and other times you get a just ok hair cut.
The service is good. Stylist are always pleasent. Cant say anything bad. If you live in the area and like getting your hair cut at Supercuts I can recommend this place.
