I love Instyle nails. For years ive been a loyal client. I can not go anywhere else. They are the best in quality and can no any design you want and do it amazing. The prices are insanely low and all the girls are sweet and willing to please you. The spa pedicure is amazing. Your feet and legs get rubbed down with hot stones as ur in the massage chair this is awesome cuz I always come after work. They have a huge selection if nail polish colors. And the best part is that INSTLYE NAILS IS SANITARY! THEY STERLIZE ALL THE INSTRUMENTS AND OPEN BAG OF INSTRUMENTS IN FRONT OF YOU. I love this place and recommend it to everyone. I get tons of compliments on my nails thanks to the girls at Instyle nails.

Wow really horrible staff today except for one last. Whoever that old lady is, I will never come back. Almost charged me $ 500 on my card so when I checked quickly it didn’t go through she through a pen at me and grabbed my card without my permission and swiped it again. By means are you workers or people to grab someone’s card without permission and use it.
Never coming here again. If it wasn’t my birthday I was going to cuzz someone out today.

Got a gel manicure on Tuesday, today is only Saturday and my gel is already peeling. I’m so upset i still trusted this place after all the bad reviews. Never going here again. My manicure and pedicure were done very lazy!

I’m actually surprised at the reviews, every time I’ve gone here I’ve left loving my nails! This shop is clean, plenty of parking and the gals here do a great job with nail design. I’m able to show them a picture from Pinterest and they make it happen.

I like how ruby does my pedicure and i get natalie for my gel nails and get the IG special and i pay $ 30 for both… Ruby does an awesome job with the hot rock massage… for kids they charge $ 12 for pedicure…

Mediocre manicures and shady business practices.
I noticed an ATM machine at the back of the nail salon, so when I asked if I could pay, I asked, «will you accept my ATM/​DEBIT card? Is there a charge to use my card?» After saying,
1) yes, they will take my card; and
2) no, there is no charge for using my debit or credit card.
The young girl brought my card and receipt to me and said, «Oh. I added an extra dollar to the bill because when the charge is under $ 15, we charge you a dollar to use your card. I’m sorry. It’s too bad.»
I told the young worker that she should have told me that before she charged my card so I can make the decision whether I would pay cash or use my card. She said, «well your nails look nice.» I then asked if I could pay cash and void the card transaction, she said, «no, your nails look nice.»
Mediocre manicures are one thing but shady business practices shock the conscience.

I’m so upset with this place. I’ve come in here plenty times as a referral and each time I come in the get more n more rude. I like the way 2 people there do nails n that’s why I keep coming back but after today and they being as rude as they were I won’t come back. Mind you I drive from la puente to see them. Today I was already in a pedicure chair for 35 min when they decided to tell me that she didn’t have time to do my nails but that someone else could do my toes. Ummm no screw this place and their poor customer service

I came here on a Sunday afternoon to get my nails done because no other place in La Habra was open for nails. I was a bit hesitant to go because of the reviews I read on Unilocal.I am so happy that I made the decision to have my nails done at InStyle nails because the work is superb and the prices are amazing! Not sure about the rude comments but everybody was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this place it is my new nail salon!
UPDATE:
Now I understand the rude comments! It’s the owner, Tina who is rude. You talk to her and she barely acknowledges you. Shameful. Luckily for her, the rest of the staff is wonderful and sweet and they do a great job.

Walked in with my mom a couple of hours ago and they were empty so we did not have to wait. However, I did not see any prices and that made me have to ask them a million questions. .. I got a refill on my nails and they even shaped them smaller like I asked. Excellent job I was very happy. I also got a pedicure ($ 17) it felt a bit rushed to me and the manicurist was paying more attention to the TV than to me. She was nice but like I said, I didn’t feel like I received the most attention to my pedicure. *it says cash only but they do accept credit cards and there’s also an ATM inside

Super rude awful customer service. Tried to use a groupon that was expired and good for paid value and a hispanic lady told me it was no good and to contact groupon. Thank god i didnt get serviced first. I contacted groupon and they said they were supposed to still honor paid value. I told groupon i didn’t want to go again since they were awful and got a refund but no wonder its poorly rated. Ill stick to my regular salon cerritos nails for great quality and service.

I gave this place three chances. The third was the worst. They run instagram specials to lure you in then do horrible work, and try to charge you more. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and my feet feel the same the next day. Deluxe should leave your feet feeling moisturized at least. THE WORST PART… they filed my nails into a horrible coffin shape then resculpted them with acrylic. They are horrible. And she tried to over charge me after ruining my nails. I paid and left with a smile to stay positive, but encourage you not to waste your money here.

This was my first time trying the place and I have to say it will be my last.
They did a terrible job on my nails. I got a gel full set and my nails are so thick and not the same size. I had two different girls doing my nails both of them very rude.
You would think that they would have given me excellent service since it was my first time.
