Time after time year after year, I’ve searched for a talented baker that can do 2 things.
Great flavor along with beautiful crafted cakes. It is extremely difficult to come across both.
Finally I found my god sent talented Caketress. She is truly amazing, her cakes are delicious. She has her own special twist and is always coming up with something unique it seems like. She is very artistic and detailed. Her work is clean as you can tell she is passionate about what she does, you can taste the love put into each piece of art.
I have been a faithful customer for 4 going on 5 years now, Lissette is very friendly, professional and definitely aims to please. I have recommended her to plenty and even more have asked about her cakes once they see how beautiful and delish they are.

Affordable and unique baking. If you think its too much its worth it! Lisette has been doing this for years and she’s flexible — book your next cake ahead of time! Its worth it! She’s soo good working with fondant so its great for any occasions! Birthdays, baby showers, weddings, you name it she’s done them all different styles, flavors, sizes!

Did not have much interaction with Lissette but from what little we’ve interacted, I’ve liked.
* She answers her phone.
* She showed up on time.
* Her cake is beautiful and did not stray from what the bride ordered.
* She gave all the information requested from her.
* I only got to taste the red velvet part of the wedding cake and it was good. And super moist. I heard the mocha part is pretty darned good too.
