The cashier had a mean look and look like she had an attitude & unprofessional work attire AND the restrooms were really dirty.

Wow I generally go to the imperial hwy store. But, this store is more organized… I will shop here first… awesome service by Candice:-) …nice store

I got my valentine’s day decorations here. It may not be smaller in size but it seems to have less items in here. While I was here the cashier was complaining asking if they were getting any more shipments in. The lines were short and it doesn’t seem like they get much foot traffic I’m there. I’m that way almost every day going to the unites fitness next door and I hardly ever see anyone in there. I would walk through here to see what they have but for the most part, it would not be my favorite dollar store to go to. On the other hand. I liked all of their bug valentine stuff. They had «love bugs», I thought that was cute seeing that I am a entomologist, aka bug scientist. So I bought a lot of that stuff.

I’m disappointed in this store… Not helpful at all. When I went to the cashier, she gave everyone an attitude and while working she kept talking with another co-​worker. Not paying attention to customers. Went it was my time to get ringed up she did not greet me and yanked the money out of my hand and when handing back the change she throw in my hand and turned her back against me as soon as she did. They need to change their attitude and have better service.

No bathrooms, a cash back charge, the cash register went out while I was cashing out, and semi-​unfriendly/​unhelpful service. Not crowded. My feelings are undecided.

I am planning my daughter’s 1^st birthday and bought a bunch of wire baskets from this particular store. I ran short, went back (a month later) hoping they would have, but not keeping my hopes too high. The Manager (who was not helpful at all) told me sorry, they had none. However, a young girl went to the baskets (benounce to me) and looked for my baskets. She actually found 5 (what I needed)~! Talk about great service.
When I asked to speak to the Manager (Kelly I think) she didn’t come out, a guy did– (who was new as I heard the manager and the employee talking about how he needed to take his breaks on time) he said he was the manager, I complimented the girl…
Wish they had better leadership, buy way to go for the young lady who helped me!

I’m the first to review on this new location? Woo hoo! It’s BRAND NEW! It’s like walking into a brand new house. The sales associates are always organizing the shelves and making sure that the products are perfectly lined up. It’s rare to see this at a discount store. I like purchasing reward stickers and party items here. Can’t beat $ 1!
