This Ruby Tuesday isn’t any different than the others. The Garden Bar was delicious as usual.

Waited 7 minutes after being seated before a waitress arrived to take our order – there were only 5 tables occupied. It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at this location. The service and quality of food hasn’t changed since my last visit. The lettuce on the salad bar was starting to turn brown. How a national chain restaurant like Ruby Tuesday allows this to happen is beyond belief. I’ve eaten at Ruby Tuesday’s across the country and none compare to this location.

Service was terrible, food was extremely salty, and the restaurant wasn’t packed. There is no excuse. Never got the condiments we asked for. Bathrooms were a disaster with urine and feces on the toilet seats. Never again will we visit this place!

I love eating here. The salad bar is awesome. I love that I don’t have to wait to start eating. Lana and Ryan are taking care of us and Tommy the general manager comes out often to check on us too. The food is excellent!!!

Ok but not great. I had the Mix and Match ribs (classic BBQ and Texas Dusted). Slightly over cooked but they were tasty. My wife ordered a ribeye that was under cooked. The service was good. Not bad but ok experience.

1. Could barely understand the hostess because she talked so low.
2. The waitress mixed our drinks up. (sweet tea/​peach tea)
3. Both drinks were horrible.
4. Food was ok, had better at another location that most would think to be worse than this location…
5. After we were done with our food and she brought the ticket out, we noticed that she charged us for food that she never brought out. After addressing this to her she started for the kitchen and stated she would check on it… ummm just take it off the ticket Miss… we’re done as you would know this since you brought the ticket out.

Wife loves the salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays, so we came here on a trip to Callaway Gardens.
She ordered a steak with lobster, and a baked potato.
The waitress said they were out of baked potatoes. What restaurant is out of baked potatoes at 5 pm on Monday?

The salad bar is really great. I have now been here multiple times and it has been great every time. Sometimes the plates are not completely cleaned off — but you can tell that they were cleaned. My kids all like the salad bar also.
Today Chelsey did a great job. The ribs are always great. Couple other entrees are not my favorite, but the burgers are good. I like the sweet potato fries.

I was torn between giving this restaurant a 2 or 3 but the last few times I have been here have just not been very good experiences. The wait staff is nice and friendly but the food used to be much, much better a few years back. I know they have tried to «reinvent» themselves and go for a slightly different image but they have changed the food in the process, even the salad bar has changed which was always good. The last times I was there, my food was not hot and the steak I ordered tasted «gritty“and was under seasoned. My friend had soup that is usually her favorite and she was not pleased with it either. I love to go out to dinner but out of all the places to go eat, I would recommend this absolutely last.
