McDonald’s

Dropped by this morning, and was greeted by the kindest McDonald’s employee I’ve ever seen. Bernie, you are awesome and they should double your salary.

They are ok as far as McDonald’s go but I’ve noticed that the younger staff that work the dining area are rude, slow or they just don’t care. But it’s fast food go figure.

Where do I begin? First off its McDonald’s I get it, I know what to expect, I know not to expect too much.
It was 7:59 PM on a Sunday we hadn’t eaten and decided a quit trip through the drive thru was in order. BOY WAS I WRONG.
I pulled up to the menu sign ordered my delicious meals, pulled around to the window and paid $ 21.06 for whatever delightful things I ordered.
I pulled to the second window and waited, then waited a little longer eventually I was handed a bag of food then told «hang on, we gotta change the Coke over»
I sat there staring in the window while the worker laughed and played with one another, then I heard the quote of the day «I don’t know how to change the Coke, what do I look like a Manager?»
So, from this I assume you have to be on a managerial level with the corporation to be qualified to change the Coke over. I sat there for NINETEEN MINUTES until I was told «Look we can’t get you no Cokes, what else would you rather have»
So, I left there with a bag of cold food and some Sprites.
Obviously McDonald’s is a multi billion dollar company and a sharply worded review on Unilocal will not bring them to their knees, but maybe, just maybe it will encourage them to train the employees that are on the cusp of becoming managers but having quite made the leap yet, to change the Coke over.
Oh, and the food was cold and I didn’t get any straws for the crappy Sprite you gave me.

This place was incredibly busy when I stopped here for breakfast while traveling along I-​71 on a Sunday morning. Cars were lined up around 3 sides of the building for drive-​thru. This is no doubt because of its convenience, which I guess is important since there are quite a few other breakfast options in the vicinity. Service was fine, though I believe I was supposed to be asked what size coffee I wanted with my combo. The dining area and restrooms are clean. It’s pretty much what you want and expect at a McDonald’s.

Stopped here on the way to the Quarry to get a burger and use a toilet. The burger was the same as from any McD’s, so no complaints. The bathroom was ick, the same as any McD’s, so complaints won’t change it.

Great play place!

This is a great location to take kids. I take my grandkids for a happy meal. They love it. Then they play in the kid ground while I sip my senior coffee.
