Great store and the friendliest staff. Very accommodating. When I couldn’t find quite what I was looking for they took my name and number and promised to be on the ‘look out’ for me. Since first meeting them, I too opened a store in La Grange and not a day goes by where I don’ t have a customer come in and tell me that Consign and Re Design sent them.

Another fabulous second-​hand find right in the heart of downtown La Grange.
The Merch: Surprisingly upscale and hardly in second-​hand condition. First class, for sure.
The Prices: Right on point for middle-​class niceties.
I’m really excited to have given this place a shot. It’s a pretty expansive store with items that could easily understudy in an Anthropologie catalog, but with a much less hefty price-​tag attached.
Nothing seemed like it was priced out of it’s range, and you can see right on the tags the dates on which the prices will next drop. Every tag has four different future dates with four drops in price. It’s definitely a double edged sword because part of you wants to gamble to see if you can wait for one of the later dates and lower prices, but what if someone snatches that consignment gold up from underneath your bated breath and bidding.
I wish I lived closet to here so I could justify daily stop-​ins to check on items new and old. The folks who run this shop certainly have an eye for inventory as there was nothing I would’ve turned my back on and so very many things I’ll be keeping an eye on. I tried to take a few pics, but honestly, there were so many gems you should just go see for yourself.
Can’t wait to go back– hoping some of my finds are still there with dropped prices on my next visit.

I recently found out about this consignment store and even though I’ve only made one small purchase, I have to say that they have a ton of items to fully furnish a home. I went in expecting to see some big items but was surprised that they have anything from formal dining tables to small decorative pieces. The bf is in the process of getting a home and when he does, we are coming here and having a shopping spree for furniture and won’t probably spend half of our furniture budget!

Stopped in on the way home and wasn’t impressed from the get go. No friendly hello just two people I think own it and a guy with a dolly moving a piece of furniture — busy doing something… Random arrangements, OK product, but the lack of order and unfriendly staff made for one sweep and out.

This place has a great selection and I was very pleased. The people who work their are very helpful and were able to guide me in the right direction. I was looking for some practical items for dressing up my apartment and was very happy with what I walked away with. They also seemed to have a full range of higher end things and items on the more practical side.
