I love this place. I am mostly a Netflix kind of girl, but ever since I’ve gone into Family Video back home, I’ve been hooked. There are some things I sometimes CAN’T find on Netflix that are available at Family Video. Plus, they are always very nice and it’s a great price.

I love this place! we have a movie night every couple weeks and this place is great for it. staff is always friendly which is very important ti us. There selection is great. The organization was a bit strange at first but your first visit there they walk through the whole store with you to show you around. We will definitely be returning customers!

With redbox and netflix out there, you’d think a business like family video would be out of the picture. It’s the service you don’t get with redbox/​netflix that makes it worth returning. We had a video from Family Video that must have gotten scratched, it wasn’t recognized by any of my devices. We brought this to their attention and they pulled it from the shelf, as well as giving us TWO movies for ten days for free, without us even asking.
