ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! 1.5 Hours wasted. I called for an evening pickup at a La Crosse hotel and was told 10 – 15 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and called them again. Then I was told, «You’re at the top of the list, we’ll be there any minute.» 1 HOUR LATER… Nothing. Called again and they said, «Oh, I guess we never sent anyone…» I was not rude on the phone, but maybe I should have been. Called another company and they were there in 20 minutes so that proves it wasn’t busy city wide for an event or anything like that. NO EXCUSE FOR RUNNING SUCH A TERRIBLE BUSINESS. THIS IS A JOKE.
