The apartments are clean and mostly well maintained, the are owned by a company out of Minnesota and they have no bend to any rules to try and make your life simpler. Maintenance times are inconvenient and it takes them for ever to get anything fixed. When it snows you have to be out of the lot the whole day or you get towed if you forget your parking pass you get a $ 20 ticket and any of your friends have to park on the street no exceptions. Not a horrible place to live if you can get over the management bs I have lived there for 3 years and will not have A 4th
