I cannot say enough good things about Charlotte’s! I bought my dress here last weekend and the staff at Charlotte’s went above and beyond to make the day so special. I had a large group with me and we got a great little private area where everyone could sit down while I tried on dresses. I worked with Jessica, and she was so sweet and knowledgeable about the dresses. Charlotte’s had a really great selection without feeling too overwhelming. I could not be happier with the dress I bought and I would 100% recommend Charlotte’s to any bride to be!

I went here after being afraid to commit to a dress at the first store I went to. They could get me in even though I made a same day appointment, that was nice. When I arrived I was given horribly cheesy earrings as a gift. They would do better to not hand those out. The consultant was nice and they have great private rooms to try dresses on in. Their selection was moderately priced — but all of their off the rack gowns were ivory. Very disappointing for a bride that wants white and is on a budget. They let me try on tons of dresses — but it was slow getting into them all. They should just clip the back to make it quicker. They had a great packet of information given to me in the end with wedding tips — that was nice. I was truly disappointed I couldn’t take any pictures. My mother in-law wanted to be involved — but couldn’t because she was too far away. So I was sad I could not send her pictures. Overall it was just kinda blah.
