Starbucks

Not as nice as other Starbucks. Many seats inside and outside though. Line was kinda long, but they worked pretty fast. Could use some tidying up. Hopefully when it dies down, they will be able to do it.

Great location it’s real busy, they still manage to help everyone out.
They just implemented a new product tagging system so no more time spent writing info on the cups. Smart.

I actually really like this location and have been going out of my way to go to this one for a couple of years now. The workers do try and memorize your drink. They’re friendly and the service is great. I’ve only had to have them re-​make my drinks a couple of times, but they are super good in getting you the correct drink or the correct customizations, they even gave me a free drink the next time because I had to wait. I think it’s great. I love it’s chill atmosphere, and it tends to be quieter than the one down in Sunland because it’s a smaller store. Great for studying.

This is one of those locations that makes you wish you had more time to sit and enjoy your drink. I really like the feel of Foothill Blvd and stopping in at a Starbucks makes it all better. The interior was nice and cozy with an ample outdoor section.

I’m not familiar to this location and i needed a reliable coffee spot.
I have no choice but to choose Starbucks. Unluckily, I have chosen the wrong spot; the dessert was awful and so with the service. I promised myself not to go back here anymore.

Tiny place with not enough seating; it’s the size of a drive through only location without a drive through!
And how do u run out of skim milk… COME ON!

Standing in line for a cup of coffee is such a drag. But I love coming to this location for one reason and that’s the batista. Scotty! He is always so cheerful and upbeat and makes my day.

I can never complain about Starbucks due to the fact that i practically live at every location, but this one is very disappointing. Some of the workers (2 specific females that I don’t know the names of) can be so mean when they mess up on an order which makes me not even want to bother asking for a fix. I recently asked for extra caramel on my iced coffee and the worker put very little. I politely asked if I can have some more and she practically dumped the caramel bottle at the top of my drink and when I said okay thats enough. she said «Um you said you want more didn’t you?» That was extremely rude. It would hurt to smile, rather than seem depressed to be at work. I live about a block away, but I drive to further locations now.

Good place to get coffee with friendly employees and clean atmosphere! Can be busy at times, usually in the morning during rush hour around 8, but other than that it is usually not too long of a wait. There is usually seating available, except when there’s a group of people using all of the chairs. Good place to study or get some reading done if you don’t mind a bit of background noise and the smell of coffee beans roasting!

Popped in after getting my nails done to such a super sweet attitude and face, Matthew was super kind and sweet which I love. It doesnt always happen at a busy starbucks so I am super thankful when it does. Cheers to great leadership guys!

I don’t get why people are complaining about this Starbucks location. It is one of the best I have been to. Near my work place so I can always run there and get something to drink and it’s made so quick! The workers are all really nice and always recommend me trying new drinks! Lots of parking. Seating both inside and outside.

This place never fails to make my drink horribly. why do I keep coming back here? I have no idea. maybe because it’s down the street from my house. but I am done with this Starbucks. I will drive the extra 5 minutes for better coffee

I got to the window and I wanted to add a cake pop and the girl told me we can’t add anything wow I guess what u order is final you can’t add anything

JORGE is the worst barista there!
I had a two month old chihuahua puppy with me from a five minute stop at Petco for supplies,
i pulled an «Unplanned family Starbucks Coffee Haul» like we do all the time except this time i had the puppy so being the fact that its illegal to leave your dog in the car, i thought to myself ‘Starbucks is always friendly and understandable’. So without a second thought i brought along my little 2 pound baby stuffed in my arm.
The young woman at the cashier was extremely sweet, i was patient even though she got several orders wrong and in the middle of asking, this barista «JORGE» comes huffing over and in the most rudely way’ interrupts me mid sentence on my order and tells me i can’t order from Starbucks! because of my dog i can’t even be in there! I asked «Can i at least finish my order an then step outside?’ Of course he goes on blabbering his way away and the barista woman lets me finish my order anyway. So, i go outside with my dog and once the drinks are done i went back for them and told him just how rude he is and «thats not how you treat customers» and he goes on telling me i could have left him outside on a leash (when it was raining!!!) not to mention the dog is a tinny pup!
I mean, The guy clearly has no brains let alone respect to customers! No wonder the place was clearly empty! who wants to chill there with those vibes? surely not me or any of my family after i told them this story. sad.
Oh, and even after i told him i would leave a review he cared less and that he didn’t need to argue with me. Nice!

This is a great location. Although not a big Starbucks fan, I do fancy this location for the parking and their efficiency in prepping their coffees and lattes. My only complaint with all, is they don’t carry Almond milk for creamers.
The facility is clean, and has plenty of seating inside for guests to hang out. The staff are usually friendly and keep the line moving, which is great when you’re in a hurry or in need of a caffeine rush.
It’s my one of four stops in the area that I go to for Starbucks.

I come here a few times a month. I would drop by more often but I wouldn’t be able to rationalize paying $ 3 for a cup of tea that often. $ 2.65 for the order and the change goes into the tip jar.
This place sometimes deserves five stars for service, and other times zero stars. So the three stars is the average (can’t choose 2.5 stars).

I normally dont write reviews at 7:00am; but this needed an immediate attention.
To staff management:
I experienced a very rude and unprofessional unlike any starbucks customer service where I was waiting for my ordered croissant and it was thrown over the counter to my feet.
This is not acceptable at any business customer service and I certainly would never ever consider returning to this location.
Hope this helps the next training for the main staff working at the bar.

Stopped by to get a hot drink on a rainy night, had me a Grande Caramel Flan Latte & a cheesecake brownie.
Will say the cheesecake brownie is much smaller here then at other Starbucks locations I have tried, by about half the size.
The caramel flan latte is alright, can’t taste the flan so it’s basically caramel latte to me. I always add whip cream… Always on hot drinks.
Staff is ok, had my drink in hand in under 10 minutes. Place is sorta small when it comes to seating, has a large layout but only 4 single sofa seats and 4 tables. Doubt there is outside seating, didn’t see none since it was a rainy night.
Might stop by again if I’m in the area. With so many Starbucks you can’t blame me for saying that.
