Absolutely LOVE! My new favorite place to get my eyebrows done. Definitely ask for Ani, she’s amazing at threading, super sweet, and takes her time to give you the perfect brows. If you’re looking to come out feeling sexy & confident I suggest you come to Ani.

Wow! This is the word that I was left with when meeting Tina. Not only is she talented and so friendly but she made me feel so comfortable to be in her studio! She takes her time and made sure I was completely satisfied with my lashes. She is truly an amazing person with an awesome heart! And to mention her scheduling tactics she is completely fair when she books her clients and tries her best to accommodate needs. So in response to her scheduling being unfair as one of the reviews says is so outrageous because she is super fair and a genuine person.

I am writing this review to not only rave about Playful Beauty Bar here in La Crescenta, but to let all my fellow Unilocalers know how professional and courteous Tina is. Every time I booked my appointments with Tina she was professional and would explain her policies. Her business is absolutely beautiful, so cozy and feels like you are at your home getting your lashes done. She makes you feel comfortable when you meet her for the first time, and every time I go for touch-​ups, I just enjoy talking to her and getting my beautiful lashes! Tina’s work speaks for itself and her business practices are exactly that, BUSINESS. I saw the review below mine and I have to say people need to understand that this is a business and should be treated as such. Her policies and scheduling tactics are her own and should be respected. I will continue to support Playful Beauty Bar and Tina. Glad to have a great new business here in La Crescenta!

For starters, I’d like to mention how important customer service is to me. As a client, I no longer have the patience to endure bad attitudes or sub-​par work. Being a customer who values a business for it’s professionalism and quality, I can EASILY state that this place has outdone itself. Staff is friendly and welcoming and the ambiance is cozy and elegant. Without exaggeration, this place offers some of the absolute best eyelash extensions out there. It’s no wonder why Tina (the owner) has such a large celeb clientele. Without raving much longer, I’ll finish by saying that her work speaks for itself, I initially found out about this place through it’s Instagram (@playfulbeautybar or @playfullashes) and soon after fell in love with how it operates. Tina is incredibly professional and extremely well mannered/​kind.

Tina Hagopian is the owner/​eyelash extension specialist. This review is not about her work but about her business practices. I made an appointment with her about two weeks prior for a Sunday afternoon. A week later on Monday I went ahead and let her know that due to a family emergency I would not be able to make it to my appointment and asked for my $ 30 deposit back. She then informed me it was non-​refundable. I was never informed of this and was giving her ample time to fill the spot 6 business days for her. I understand that some businesses don’t allow a refund of the deposit but she should have stated this before scheduling me and its not like i gave her 24 hours notice 6 days is more than enough time for her to fill the spot. If you have tried scheduling with her she is almost always booked up. Not only that but she was very rude when I let her know of my situation. If thats how she handles her business I wouldn’t let her anywhere near my eyelashes.
