I had high hopes for this place. First, due a scheduling error on the salon’s part, they took me 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Second, there was drama in the salon regarding nail art, a technician needing to take lunch, and an unhappy customer. The staff came into the room while I was laying there and were complaining to the waxing person. Third, I never booked a waxing appointment. I booked a threading appointment. I got angry when hot wax was put on my brows within 1 second of me laying down. Fourth, and the kicker, unsolicited and unsanitary extractions on my face. This woman started extracting without ANY sanitation or cleansing done to my face. She wouldn’t stop either. She ruined my face and my normal esthetician had to fix this woman’s «work.» I am never going here again.

I’ve been going to Fida for about two years for eyelash extensions and eybrow threading. She is very precise and her prices are reasonable. I love her new location at Buff and Tweeze, it’s elegant yet cozy and everyone is really friendly. I try to take advantage of their monthly specials which is a nice way to introduce yourself to other services at a discount.

I have been coming to Fida for about 5 or 6 years, and I would never trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She is AMAZiNG! my eyebrows look celeb quality every single time! She is SO sweet, and always remembers who I am and what we have talked about. I live pretty far from her now, but I still make the drive to have her do my eyebrows, she is MORE than worth it. She is what quality service is all about.

She is by far the best eyebrow lady I have ever had! Talented as can be, she pays extra attention to her clients to make sure to structure their eyebrows that will best compliment their face. She has an amazing personality and super friendly! Worth every penny

i have been going to fida for waxing for about a year or so. i have to say it has never been painful, or unpleasant. i am mostly a last minute client, and she is always able to accommodate me. she makes you comfortable right away, is quick and not overpriced. i recommend her to everyone who is looking for an excellent waxing experience.
