Awful service. Place is never open when it says they’re open. I’m waiting outside of it now and have been for 30 minutes trying to get my clothes. Never. Coming. Back

I’ve been here many times and the person in charge has always done the job with up most care. I’ve taken her many of my dresses to alter and she’s done the job on time and they all fit great! She’s also very friendly with her customers and always tells you the truth about what needs to be done and how long it will take. This is a great neighborhood cleaners that can help with any last minute alternations. I would definitely recommend this place.

I took a merino wool cycling jersey here to get a large hole repaired. It is a stretchy cloth, with a big hole in the shoulder through two different colors. Very difficult to repair. I wasn’t even sure if it was possible to repair it. The seamstress somehow managed to find patch cloth that exactly matched both the bright red-orange main color and the gray shoulder stripe. The repair is almost invisible. This far exceeded my expectations. We have taken dry cleaning there for years, and they do just fine at that, but I highly recommend their alterations and repairs.

I wanted to like this place, especially since it was so close to my home. Unfortunately, charging me a price not consistent with what I was promised was a red flag with the way they handle business. My kindness was taken advantage of, especially after I had tipped her for doing a patch job earlier. Sucks that this mom and pop op had to resort to charging me ridiculous prices.

I have been getting my dry cleaning done here for a little over 2 years now and I have no complaints what so ever. They have a fast turn around time especially with alterations. My clothes always have that crisp, fresh feeling which I like. It makes me feel like i’m wearing brand new clothes at all times.

I’m not sure why other people did not get good service, I had a GREAT experience. Not only did she do an amazing job altering my dress, she was able to give me suggestions about some concerns I had about it. She clearly knows what she is doing and is very talented. I’d recommend her to anyone needing alterations. I told her I needed the dress in a week and it was ready in plenty of time.

Honestly, I’m not sure why the others are complaining but my experience was great! I went in to the store in a rush to drop off 2 items. A pair of jeans than needed to be hemmed and a blouse that had a stain. My jeans I had worn at home and measured myself prior to my visit and I marked where I wanted shortened. Both items I needed at the end of the week were completed without a problem. She was beyond polite to me as was I and I found no problems there. I’ve paid a lot more for a terrible job with jeans before. This was great compared to that. I have no complaints here.

Came in on a Saturday to drop off short sleeve button down shirts for laundry only. I needed buttons replaced on two of them. It was some kid behind the counter that didn’t hear me come in right away, was listening to music at an annoying volume, and didn’t seem to be knowing that services he was selling. He tells me Monday or Tuesday they’d be ready. I come on Tuesday to pick up my shirts. This time its a old lady with a thick accent. She looks at my ticket and says«when my son tell you to come? this not ready.» Okay fine. No problem, I’ll come back tomorrow after work and get them. I get there the next day, my total comes out to 30 dollars something, and I give her my credit card. She looks at the card, *sighs* a big upset sound, and then looks at me, shifts her glasses off her head and says«with this I charge you tax, ok?» Then pulls out a calculator and starts to configure what tax would cost on it. Because she is pissed I am not paying cash. POOR customer service! A) If your son is going to be covering for you, then make sure he is educated on the services you provide and the realistic timeframe on when jobs will be completed. Don’t tell me Tuesday then say«Oops I meant Wednesday.» B) You have a VISA/MASTERCARD logo in the window. There are no signs that say«credit card extra» or anything, and it’s not like I was only buying 5 bucks worth of laundry or anything. I was spending more than 30 dollars, the merchant fees that you pay to process credit card payments are a cost of doing business. Don’t pass that along to me because you don’t like me or don’t feel like paying the merchant fee. I’ll never frequent this cleaners again. I wasn’t even impressed with the shirts and she missed a button that she said she’d replace. Garbage.
