This place is great! I had the best experience trading in my old Softub and buying a brand new one. The customer service is excellent, and the delivery went very smoothly. If you’ve been thinking of getting a Softub, just do it. They’re easy to take care of, quiet, economical to own and maintain, (way easier than a standard hot tub) and nothing feels better than soaking in a big hot tub every night. I have the largest tub and I love it. It’s easy to move and you don’t need any special electrical outlets to run it. I highly recommend owning a Softub, and I especially recommend American Softub. The new models are even quieter than the old ones, and you can change the colors of the light inside. If you take good care of your Softub it will last 20 years. Get one!

Love my new softub… what a great company to work with, they are on top of their game, from my first meeting with Susan (sales Rep at the fair) to John in the office keeping me informed and working with me on the best delivery date and time for me, and finely with Todd showing up with his friendly smile, and what an efficient and knowledgeable job he did delivering and setting everything up, helping me pick the best spot and answering all my questions. With the tub always being hot and ready to use, I use it almost daily and I sleep so good after a late night soak. I’ve been sharing this wonderful find with all my friends.

Excellent customer service. Due to a prolonged and unexpected absence, our softub turned ‘green’. They listened to our situation and provided detailed instructions and necessary product to remedy the problem. Their knowledge is only surpassed by their amazing customer service. In today’s ‘hurry up and go’ mentality, it is a refreshing change to find people willing to spend the necessary time and who have the requisite knowledge. Highly recommended. Great product, great business!
Was curious about softubs, and had all my questions and they even suggested/​allowed me to use the softub at their location before purchasing it.
And thankfully they steered me away from purchasing from a shady dealer with a price match. Not expected, and it makes me trust and recommend them even more.
Softub hot tubs are great! Practical, comfortable, efficient, relaxing. I use it at least once a day. And they deliver and install for free. Fantastic.
