great place to get a sandwich… however, the Pasadena, So Pas and La Canada locations never have regular lays chips. They have a variety of Frito-Lay products but no regular chips! When they first opened, I figured it was because they kept selling out and they would eventually figure it out, but its been 5 years and still no regular chips!!! Every other JM I’ve been to stocks the chips just not these 3. whats up with that. I wonder if the owner realizes how much money she is not making. get rid of the stupid kettle chips, baked lays and flaming hot«whatever» and bring back the original lays chips, please! thanks

I visit Jersey Mikes 1 – 4 times a month. The La Canada Jersey Mikes is my favorite place… Super friendly & fast. Parking can be difficult but all worth it.

Wanted to get a philly cheese but the grill is poorly maintained a and dirty. Their excuse was they are busy. That’s a really poor excuse.

Jersey mike prices are ridiculous for the meat they have. Was like $ 12 for a to go reg turkey w cheese combo! Meat seemed super salty:/ if ur gonna charge me top dollar then u should offer top filler lunch meat. Also I ordered a plain turkey and cheese and o had to wait for people with all these toppings to pay which was stupid. Girl making subs was rude. So step ur game up mikes. You will not get my money again!

I really like Jersey Mikes subs, I get the #13 all the time at 3 different locations. I am willing to pay the extra money over subway. But today I stopped by(La Canada) and they sliced the meats VERYVERY thin, almost paper thin. You could see through the meat! I really hope it was just a mistake setting on the blade, if it’s the new size, I must say, I would rather go back to subway.

One of my favorite sandwich restaurants. A lot better then subway and Quiznos. The service is good at this spot and they have friendly staff.

I’m sick and tired of showing up to this place and having one of their workers tell me «you can’t order a hot sub tonight the machine is already off» sure they pull this trick at night but 40 min before closing?!. All the employees at this location(the night crew any way) seem like they absolutely hate their jobs. There is zero customer service here and they make it seem like they are doing you a favor by making a super crappy sandwich. I really hope the owner of this location reads these reviews and has a chat with their crew. They have lost my business for now. Plus take that stupid tip option away stop forcing it on people especially when you have that caliber of employees.

I’ll make this short and sweet. Spent 20ish minutes in line to order. Sandwich was over priced to the max. Sandwich tasted no better than Subway. Wasted my entire lunch break and still had to eat my sandwich back at my office.

This place was offering very simple sandwiches yet they tasted better than they appeared! I snagged the veggie with almost everything and it was great, I wish I had gotten larger size but $ 11 seemed pricey for what I was getting. I don’t think I’ll end up coming back because it’s pretty far but well worth the try.

I rarely eat at sandwich shops but I missed lunch and was starving. So I was presently surprised by the long line at 2:30 pm. It moved quickly, however, and the staff was more than helpful. Seems that the #7(turkey & provolone) was a favorite so I had a small sub on wheat. Perfect size and totally satisified my appettite. The work space was tidy and liked that the staff cleaned up after each order. Also, they didn’t scrimp on toppings. I like extra pickles, they listened and delivered!

I prefer Subway but my child prefers this place. I mean I liked my order, but I think Subway has more choices.

If I placed a review for this place in 2012, I would have given it 5+ stars… what happened to this place? It is not the same… I wished I could give it more stars. Sometimes the workers can give attitude, other times they are nice. However, they aren’t welcoming. I will update my review until they fix this problem!

This location has really good service. They make good recommendations and are always happy to deal with you. One day the chick behind the counter recommended me the«philly cheese steak» and said it would change my life… and it did! I eat it every week not and even went on a trip to philly to try the real thing… where I met my wife!!! Thanks to that chick… for the life changing sandwich recommendation.

I’ve stopped going to this location as they now do a horrible job making the sandwiches. It seems that all the people that were there doing a great job are now gone and replaced with employees that don’t want to work. Also, whenever you use a credit card or ATM card, they ask you for a tip charged right away. I would tip them, but don’t like this function. Personally, I think they shouldn’t get a tip until after I’ve eaten my meal. I just went to the Jersey Mike’s in Glendale and they made the sandwiches the way the La Canada store use to serve them. The Glendale location is a pain to get to. I just wish the people in La Canada would do their job the way it is suppose to be done.

WOW what happened to this place?!? I haven’t visited this jersey mikes in a few months and the place is a filthy mess. Not a single table is clean wether it’s a whole sandwich, bread particles or a soda puddle on the ground this is disgusting! Some one needs to get one of the 3 guys off there phones and on cleaning duty asap. Also the place has half of the lights completely out in the store I counted 6 completely out fixtures. Defenetly will not be returning any time soon until I hear things have changed.

I’ve heard so many people talking about this place and I think I’m better off making my own sandwich at home. The staff is NOT welcoming, there was a girl that was wrapping up the sandwiches and kept rolling her eyes… I definitely will never go here again. Advice to the owner find people that want to work for you and that are happy.

This great sandwich shop had a fundraiser recently and we tried our first sandwiches. We ate the Italian and the Turkey Provolone subs with everything. Staff are great and helpful. Service is quick via the line and the turnover his really high so you get to sit down easily. Ingredients were fresh and drinks were well carbonated. Family hang out, great spot to stop by. We made it back again today and ate the same sandwiches after the Rose Bowl Flea Market, to cool off. Very fun and although we don’t get sub sandwiches frequently, this is a favorite spot.

My first time at a Jersey Mike’s franchise. If all the other locations are equally bad, I promise to never step foot in one ever again. I am not sure if I can stomach the lack of cleanliness I experienced here… Walking in, the restaurant appears nice and tidy. The problems begin when you walk-up to the counter, where your food is prepared. The add’l toppings(tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, etc.) were all over the place, meaning pieces were out of the pans and touching the counter. The lettuce was drowned in murky water, tomatoes thrown all over the place, the mayo had«things» in it, along with food residue on the spatula, and this list goes on… The worst is when I realized there were soggy food particles all around the cutting board… and the utensil they use to cut the sandwich would be slid under it after use. BARF. Who knows what is under that thing by the end of the day.
