I simply went to Wells Fargo to finish paperwork for auto loan payoff. They acted like they couldn’t assist me and the manager was asking what I needed a power of attorney for. Then went on to explaining what one is needed for. I told her it didn’t matter what I needed it for nor what it was for. I asked if they would help me or not. Saying yes. I sent a fax. Of course they couldn’t even fax it to the proper fax location. Which I’m sure was meaningful. At the end of the day. If your not able to provide customers with decent service. You need a new job. You have one and couldn’t even do that. I hate coming in here. There was one teller who used to be sweet. Other than that. It’s a typical bank that doesn’t know what they are doing. Nothing special. Including the service.

wells fargo bank what more can i say they have been my primary bank where ever ive lived in the USA . service is outstanding expecially at this branch. always at least one person busy of not looks up and greats you as you walk in, cashiers always with a smile. and ive never been charged for the accounts, blank checks .or any of the online services. they must be doing something right as nearly everytime i go there somebody is waiting in line *cant say that about all banks * used them for at least 25 years dont see any reason to change.
