I don’t know who’s the blame and I’m sure they will keep passing the buck, but don’t go here. I have been trying to get a anti-​inflammatory prescription filled for 5 days straight last week. I call twice a day in the morning before they busy and mid afternoon well after lunch, and I get put on hold 15min only for them to come back and say, the doctor will call u back and he never does. The medicine is for pain so the whole time I was hoping to get it filled to ease the pain, to a reasonable level but nothing from the office or the doctor for five days is ridiculous. Look else where People for a urologist ! ! This is horrible way to start a new patient in pain im going else where… P. S. U feel like a number here also in quick as possible feel rushed the whole time. I don’t know how DR. Robert Dickinson got so many stars on different web sites !
