R & R Liquor has been the best liquor store with the best prices in this area — for many years. Our household has purchased liquor there for ten years. But tonight I had a very bad experience with an employee at that store. Usually a very friendly lady — who is ready to serve — and stay until the exact closing time is there.(There used to be two ladies there — but another employee got one of them fired.) Long story short: I go tonight to pick up a small bottle of rum. I drive up and the employee that got the nice lady fired is locking the door — over five minutes early! Then she seems to be unlocking it for a second when she sees headlights pulling up. But then, when she sees it is a female customer, she says with certainty«we close at 8:55» — which is not true. I wonder if the owner would be p.o.‘d if he knows this woman is not only chasing off quality employees, but running off customers. Come on, the competition is closing on this store — with Twin Liquors. This woman is killing the business all on her own. Bad business practice.
