Time management is awful. Waited in line for 20 minutes. (We were the only ones in line) Drop your uhaul off somewhere else if possible

I had to rent a trailer to haul a scooter to the repair place. I went to UHaul’s website and chose a 8 by 4 open trailer for $ 14.95. I placed the reservation online and was supposed to get a call within and hour. An hour went by and there was not call. I immediately called and spoke to Jennifer. She was very nice and professional. She told me she did not have the trailer UHaul told me they had. She offered one of their trailer’s they normally rent for $ 25 for the same price. I told her that was fine and was gearing up to head over there. She called me back and told me that Merlin said he would not honor that. She told me she would give me a trailer with a roof to it, which I really did not want but decided to take her up on it. I asked if she had a trailer ball and she told me she could sell me one for $ 12, which was not too bad.
I get there and Jennifer hooks up the trailer for me. The ball she sells me is a tad bit too big for my hitch. The whole time I was towing you could hear it banging. When I got to the repair place, the plastic washers were chewed up. I decided to return the trailer that night to save me the trouble of returning it in the morning. Jennifer told me I could just leave it there and she would send me an email in the morning. Sure enough, I got an email in the morning from Jennifer.
I have to agree with Jason K. If you do the reservation through UHaul and choose this location, it is hit or miss. I gave them more stars because of Jennifer’s awesome customer service. Merlin was in the office and if I would have dealt with him directly, I might have scored them much lower. This place is a pain to get to for trailer rentals. I might opt for someplace a little closer to my house. I wish they had more parts for tow hitches. I did noticed you could rent popups and campers there too, which is good. I would love to see them start renting those dog house popups which I could tow with my car.

We came here to rent a camper for Labor Day weekend and upon returning it, we grabbed some fresh chili rellenos to end our wonderful weekend and kiss our awesome camper goodbye.
It was served piping hot, the plate was packed with rice and beans, two HUGE chili’s and salad. It was outstanding!!!
