WOW, what happened to customer service?
I manage a restaurant that they supply the bread for. When they didn’t send an item we ordered, instead of saying «of course we will send that out tomorrow for you», it is «we have to have a minimum to send the missing item out to you». I met the minimum for my delivery and was shorted, therefore you should send the missing item whether a minimum is met or not.
Part of running a business is keeping the customers happy especially when the customer wasn’t in the wrong.
