Neo Dentistry

Broke a crown (or cap or something) on my front tooth. Neo got me in as soon as the holidays were over (not an emergency, no pain so a small wait was fine especially as a new patient). I had two texts to remind me of my appt which is great for the pt. and clinic. Saw Dr. Alamo who was professional and knowledgeable. Gave me a few options and decided to go with a temporary since I would only be in the area another 3 days. This temporary feels better than what was on there. The tech worked to make sure it fit great. I was really impressed with the cost as well. Most of my visits to dentists start in the four figure range, to get this quality for $ 250 was fantastic. All the Staff up front were great also. I’d make this my permanent dentist if I were staying in the area.

This was the best experience in a long time. The staff was friendly and informative. The visit was comfortable with a tv to watch above me to get my mind off of the work being done and everything just perfect in what you will want in a dentist. Thank you so much can’t wait to come back.

SO many good things to say about this practice. First of all the girl at the front desk is friendly and helpful… very quick with getting you checked in and setting up follow up appointments. The dental assistants and hygienists that I encountered were all very friendly and professional. They made me feel really at ease and comfortable. Dr. Alamo was wonderful. He was really nice and explained the procedure I needed and answered all of my questions. He was very concerned with my comfort level and payed close attention to my reactions throughout the entire procedure and made sure it was pain-​free. I could not be happier with my experience. I went into the dentist really nervous and left feeling silly for having worried so much because they were so wonderful. I will definitely come back here and highly recommend them to anyone looking to establish dental care.

Very Professional! I saw an ad for a $ 99 initial visit. I decided that it would just be for a cleaning. Coming from a major metropolitan area, I wasn’t too sure about a small dental practice in a small community.
Was I ever wrong! I had to fill out a medical information form. Most dentists don’t bother with your medical history and medications. All new equipment and Dr. Alamo went to Boston University, well known for its dental school. Lisa was my hygienist. So nice and did a great job. Dr. Alamo was professional and friendly at the same time.
They also did not try to up-​sell me on anything. Nothing is more annoying than a dental office pushing services. I am happy to highly recommend this office.

Dr. Alamo and his team are very skilled. They never rush. They do everything correctly. The place is very clean and Dr. Alamo and his team are very trust worthy. No need to worry.

What a great place! Dr. Alamo and his staff really made me feel at ease and took care of my needs in a timely, but unhurried, fashion. As someone who is always a little leery of going to the dentist, I definitely recommend any and all to Neo Dentistry for excellent care and even better atmosphere. And the music is great :)
