Great haircut… crappy customer service at checkout. «V» was a «B»…if you’re hispanic, you’ll get wonderful customer service if you’re not, don’t bother going in here… you will get nothing but attitude, backtalk and can’t use your coupons.

Received a terrible haircut from this place. Should have known that a 15 min women’s hair cut would not turn out perfect. Now I have to wait 3 months for my hair to grow and go to a real salon to fix it. Asked for layers and got an uneven chopped bob.

NEVER TAKING MY KIDS HERE AGAIN! my son is 5 and always thinks the clippers ‘tickle’ the back of his neck. Well the stylist (Linda) was getting frustrated. But instead of talking and being patient, she was aggressively tipping his head to the side. Rolling her eyes. Seriously lady! Have you EVER cut a little boy’s hair before??! The cut itself was good, but the service is horrid. Plus, she tossed my receipt at me. That is no way to keep customers. Ridiculous.

We’ve been this location for a while and pretty much satisfied with the service, however, our last visit was half great and half NOT! I would say there is a lady there that might need more training since we need to have her fix my 6-​year old’s haircut twice and she didn’t even got the top right. The sides are uneven and she reasoned out that it is smooth and even
is NOT! She fixed it then but she didn’t get it on the top… I told her just to finish the sides… and don’t worry about the top because she didn’t get it. I believe if she is not comfortable in doing kid’s hair, she should let others to do it. By the way, my kid is sitting still and talking to her all the time… she is nice but the quality of work was horrible. The one who did my haircut was awesome though.

I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years and today Ofelia cut my hair awesome! Even though it was crazy busy, she took the time and didn’t just rush through it! Be sure to use the Great Clips app and check in before you come so you don’t have to wait for your haircut! Love this place!

These folks are awesome. They give great haircuts with a smile. I always leave there looking and feeling better. I’ve been going there since they opened and have never had a bad haircut. Highly recommended!
