Domino’s Pizza

At around 3:30 p.m. today I ordered several pizzas from the Kyle, TX location. The initial delivery failed to include two thin crust cheese pizzas. After seeming completely lost I finally got the driver to call the store. At that time he then tried to collect $ 15 from me before leaving to get the pizzas. He actually thought I would give him cash in advance for pizzas that may or may not have come. Once he left, I called the store to confirm what would be delivered. Ricky, store manager, said the order would be sent shortly. When the second driver arrived we paid $ 15 for two pizzas and the he driver left. To our surprise when we opened the boxes, one of the boxes was empty. You can’t make this stuff up. Upon our second call to Ricky, the store manager was rude and laughed in my face. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. They couldn’t even get the refund right.

Domino’s and football. Great Sunday food and no dishes to wash! These pizzas were delicious!

Every time I come in. The people that work there are friendly and efficient. I think it’s kinda thoughtful they have a staircase so kids can see the pizzas being made. They always have coupons and deals. I’ve been meaning to try some dessert from there my daughters been bugging me about. Oh well. Maybe next time.

Ordered my weekly 3 pizza order for the family. It always arrives on time and piping hot! My pizza went out for delivery at 5:59, but did not arrive until around 6:40. The pizza was definitely not what it usually is. That was very unusual. About 10 mins later there was a knock on the door. The driver returned with the Sprite I had ordered. Absent minded me forgot I had even ordered it, so was pleased they brought it to me. The boys ate a few slices and even asked «Why is it cold?»…but they are boys and ate it anyway. :) About 10 mins later I received a call from Domino’s apologizing for taking so long to get my order to me and stated they had already prepared the 3 pizza’s again and were on their way along with another sprite. Wow. I hadn’t called to complain as sometimes stuff just happens, but Domino’s on their own made things right. I love our Kyle Dominos. Stellar service and this is why we will continue to order from them!

Delivery service is always good and Maggie makes the best pizza’s!!!

We have ordered from here many times. Never had an issue, ever. They are quick, friendly and food is legit!

Having had bad experiences with Dominos delivery where we previously lived, we were unsure of whether to try this location, however, the driver was very professional and very nice and arrived very quickly so that our food was fresh and piping hot! We are very happy with your delivery service so far! Thank you for having employees like Jose who really seem to enjoy their work.

Excellent pizza, custom orders are always correct and delivery is prompt.

I order here like 3 times a week (fatty status lol). All delivery drivers are nice as they know I tip decent. Maybe 2 out of the 40 pizzas I’ve order have had bad quality. Easy online ordering so I recommend them

I really wanted to give 3.5 stars but, couldn’t feel good about leaving just 3 so, i opted for 4!
Visiting a friend in Kyle and his idea of dining was either Applebees or Domino’s Pizza! I opted for Domino’s!
We ordered carryout and when we got there had to wait another 10 minutes before it was ready. We decided on the buffalo chicken pizza and requested some ranch and blue cheese to dip in since their crust is usually dry.
I have to say I was surprised at how tasty the overall flavor of the pizza was. There wasn’t too much hot sauce and just enough toppings. The thin crust wasn’t overdone and burnt like it normally is from other locations.
Domino’s is a good option in a pinch but, to me there is just so many other good pizza places! I also had to take in account that I was in Kyle and not Austin with a ton of choices!

I really like the web interface. Online ordering is very fast and easy. You can find and use «coupons» easily and the coupon wizard helps add the items needed to fulfill the coupon. Pizza is good for fast food (and I do mean fast). Normally, I can order pizza for carry out and it will be ready by the time I drive the half-​mile to pick it up.

My orders are always very specific… no cheese different toppings on different sides. Maggie has continued to baffle me with her excellence. Every SINGLE order I have placed through Domino’s that has ended in Maggie’s hand to create has come out completely correct. I have placed other orders to this specific location in the past where she has not been the one to make it and they have come out with errors. Every time I place an order and her name pops up, I know my experience will be great and my order accurate. She has made me LOVE Domino’s when before it was rare. She has truly gone above and beyond to make me feel important and as a valued customer.

Good pizza for the most part although the service can be lacking when there are not enough employees to staff the store correctly.

I only write 5-​star reviews for places that are absolutely can’t miss… I really did not expect Domino’s Pizza to be one of those places.
I ordered online and was happy with the cheap prices. I’m normally a Papa John’s guy, but my last order with them made me sick with each of the three times it took me to eat the entire order. The best aspect of ordering online is that they tell you exactly what is happening with your order as soon as it happens.
My Chicken Habanero Sandwich was WAY more sweet than it was spicy, which is not what I wanted due to the «habanero» label. However, Domino’s pizza has more than stepped up what it used to be. Both pizzas I ordered were delivered very hot (with a very friendly delivery lady (Connie)) and they are delicious. There is something about their crust that is amazing. Very flavorful. And the 16-​piece Parmesan Bread Bites are worth the $ 2.99, although it would be even better if it was served with some sort of sauce.
All in all, I really don’t have anything to complain about. They even catered my wife’s cousin’s birthday party without any problem about six months ago. I wouldn’t give just any fast-​food pizza place five stars, but this Domino’s location deserves it!

I have tried this Dominos twice. Got lured in by the artisan pizza ad.
I do not like their on-​line order format. YOU MIGHT AS WELL STATE… WE DO NOT WANT TO ANSWER THE PHONE. (Seems to be a common thing with pizza places now days.) Ordering on-​line maybe convenient but only for some… most it will take much longer as you learn to navigate the site. (It is Not intuitive… build by programmers and not a good designer.)
Artisan pizza… Ok, in taste but smaller than a large. (not a great pizza either.)
My advice, if you are going to order from them… just order the large and get the toppings you want… you will thank me for it.

Always good food, good people. We’ve lived here for four years and never had I had a negative experience. Way to go guys!

Flipping heck! There pizza is amazing! So fast, the delivery time is lightening quick. Have great deal on pizzas Monday-​Wednesday, we order from here all the time.
