This store needs to hire people who can actually follow orders and press simple buttons on the screen. Their cashier looked like he was high out of his mind and could not get a simple bagel sandwich order down. This is a fast food place, not a rocket science lab. Support local business instead of this train wreck of a chain food store.

Gave me spoiled milk multiple times. Never going back there. Bagels never toasted properly, and unwelcoming staff. Looking for a quick and affordable cup of coffee? Go to any other location in town. Support local, this place is ruining our town.

I was glad to see they opened up a brand new store in this location and even happier to see how clean it was and how friendly the staff is – they greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and made my caramel cappuccino perfect! Haven’t tried anything else in this particular store, but we’ll definitely be back whenever we’re in the area which is often!
