Located in the small town of Kosciusko, Mississippi, better known as ‘the Mexican restaurant’ is the best place to eat in town. I don’t know why the reviews are so low. I’ve had great service and food every time I’ve been. Their menu is large. I’m talking huuuuuge. I stick to my same three meals though. I like the p5(of course), veggie quesadilla, or fajitas. They have a variety of beers and since the liquor law has been passed in Kosciusko, they will soon serve margaritas, which is unheard of in this town. If you find yourself in Kosciusko, I would recommend el rodeo. Oh, and don’t forget to get a fried ice cream for dessert!

This place is the pits. Food is too marginal for all of the nickle and diming they do. Customer service is atrocious. The food is a weak 3 — it’s just basic ground beef without any seasoning. We had queso, a chimichanga, flauta, mixed fajitas. They only give you 2 tortillas for fajitas — if you want more they’ll charge you for them. They charge for chips beyond the first bowl! Even when you order food. A side of lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream is considered a «salad» and they charge you $ 5.99 for it. Our lunch bill was around $ 43 and I told the host we didn’t order a quacamole salad, he ran to the table picked up the plate of sour cream, tomatoes and lettuce and said this was the guacamole plate and it wasn’t his fault that I didn’t want the guacamole and that if you don’t like it talk to somebody else about it. As he stood at the register he was talking to the ceiling and saying«he doesn’t like your prices» — when I asked him what he was doing — he told me he was talking to the manager in the back who was watching the whole exchange on closed circuit. The whole thing was ridiculous, but a worthwhile experience because I’ll go to hell before I step foot back in that rat trip again.

If you are hungry, this will fill you up. It isn’t bad, but it isn’t worth a trip. I don’t like the store bought type chips or the salsa. Employees are always pleasant, but know only basic English. Is usually busy and the locals love it.
