Took a Stihl chainsaw for a new bar and chain. I told them if had been to another dealer because it didn’t want to start. They replaced the bar and chain and called me to say the chainsaw wouldn’t start. They said it needed a new carburetor. I asked how much that was, it might be cheaper to get a new chainsaw. They said they had already done the bar and chain and I owed them for that. They should have seen why it wouldn’t start before replacing the bar and chain. If I had known it needed a new everything, I would have bought a new chainsaw to start with.
