Had an awesome staff and the rooms were decent. Everything was very clean and pretty up to date. Wish there was a hot tub! We never got to use the pool because of our short stay but we will be back to this hotel next year for sure! The breakfast was great and plenty of choices and everything was fresh. The happy hour and 8pm-​12am pancakes were a must! :-)

The absolute WORST customer service. It must be a requirement to have a sharp tongue, sarcastic tone, and an all around hateful demeanor to work here. Stacey is a real treat. The overall hotel is decent but I would NEVER recommend anyone staying here until they rethink their staffing unless however you like being lied to and treated like you are the dirt they walk on.
P. S. I put in my block of rooms here for my wedding, hence the amount I have had to deal with them. Probably my biggest regret when it comes to planning the wedding.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was tasty. Mattress was very soft and kinda rolled us toward the middle, but otherwise a good stay.

A solid hotel. Everything was very clean and staff was friendly and prompt. I did not get to check out many of the amenities, but the pool and fitness room looked small but nice.
They had serious breakfast and happy hour spreads.
The location is great, just off US 31.
There is supposed to be free wifi, but I could never seem to connect. That is likely more a problem with my phone than their wifi though.
