Horribly slow service, during evening hours. It seems to be that the staff is understaffed and under trained to provide quality service. I feel that these employees have been put in a bad situation, and they probably take a lot of heat from frustrated customers

It was 2PM on a Monday (early October) — slow day — one car in front of us at drive thru. Long conversation between male customer and two female workers. Drove to parking space and went inside… both still chatting with customer. Waited… waited…waited. Another car pulls to drive thru… we are still waiting at the counter… Guess we were invisible.
We left.
Enough said.
