Awful! I dropped off shorts to get a new zipper and the guy said they would be ready in a week. After over a week went by no one called me so I called to check the status and a lady who does not speak English answered the phone. She was obviously no help. I called back two more times on different days and she answered each time and obviously could not understand what I was asking. Finally, after almost three weeks I called and a guy answered and said my shorts had been ready. No one ever called me to let me know. Awful experience. I will never go back there and do not recommend anyone to go there.

Dry Cleaners Gone Wrong.
If there was an option to give this place 0 star’s. I would. First of all, they actually don’t do their own dry cleaning inside that particular store. they send it off to some unknown location. sketchy.
I dropped of about 5 – 6 shirts and 2 ties. I picked it up the following week. All of my items were neatly pressed. However, none of my shirts were clean. All of the collars on every single shirt still had sweat/​dirt marks on them. I questioned the guy there. and he apologized. He said that that has never happened before. I must say in my entire lifetime of going to dry cleaners. that has certainly not happened. He told me to come back the next day.
So I can back the next day. and he said that my shirts are still not ready. He told me the cleaners had trouble getting that stuff out of my collar. WTF? seriously. I don’t know how in the world you can’t get the stains out of the collar. I mean isn’t that the whole point of actually taking your dress shirts to the dry cleaners?
Stay Away! they don’t know how to dry clean shirts.
