West Bicycles

My bikes problem was a little difficult to figure out since it only acted up in one gear.
They showed me the problem and made sure I was a very happy customer before I left.
I would recommend these guys to anyone

Bought a new bike at West Bikes after being persuaded to buy a Giant when I was looking for a Fuji. Really like the Giant so my regards to the owner for making the suggestion.
Had a used ladies Giant and used ladies Schwinn serviced at the same time. The following feedback was given to the owner and has not been acknowledged to date.
«We went on our first family ride today, the Schwinn’s maiden voyage since the safety check (and shifters and tires replaced) at your shop. After I split off to ride to the end, the girls turned around to head back to the start.
My wife’s (Schwinn) rear wheel came off and the bike locked up and stopped almost throwing her off. Luckily she was not injured and found some helpful cyclists to reattach the wheel and tighten the nuts. She then found a screw had fallen off the sprocket in the same area…»

I cannot write a more amazing review for West Bicycles.
I was moving out of town and called three days before leaving to see if they could fix my bike– which needed serious repairs.
I asked them to replace the seat and give the bike a tune-​up.
They called to say that my bicycle was ready in TWO days, included new grips on the handlebars for free and gave me a 30% discount as a ‘wecome home present.‘
Additionally, the bike was clean and worked perfectly.
I cannot thank these guys enough!
